Upgraded 4BA+1DD Hybrid Earphones&Magnetic Dynamic Unit

As an upgraded version of KZ ZS10, the Pro features self-customized balanced armatures which includes two 30095 drivers for high frequency, two 50060 drivers for mid frequency. With this configuration, the sound is transient, dynamic and bright in all respects. While maintaining the previous performance, the high frequency of this model is extended to beyond 40kHz. It also adopts the second generation Tesla double magnetic dynamic unit.

Exquisite Craft

The faceplate is made of 304 stainless steel while the cavity is made from imported resin. The two different material not only presents an elegant look and shimmer but also be practical and durable. The detachable gold-plated 2 pin cable offers fully upgradability and the limit slot protection design greatly avoids the pin from breaking and prolongs the service life of the interface.

PCB Frequency Dividing Board

The PCB board is added to give full play of all the drivers, displaying a smooth, sensible, detailed music experience. The ZS10 Pro overall has dynamic low frequency and bright resolution. It fully reflects the cohesion of balanced armatures.

Ergonomic Design&Noise Canceling

The cavity is made based on large data of cochlea. It’s scientifically molded to fit the ear like an customized earbuds. Even with vigorous exercise, it will still securely fit in the ear. Comfortable for long time wearing as well. Because of the special design, it can effectively isolate the noise to 26dB to offer a better experience while enjoying the music.

Overall quality and price ratio is awesome

The sound is awesome, very loud, very clear, nothing adjusted to make sound unnatural or anything like that. The only drawback for my case was microphone, it's not too good, doesn't pick up your voice if you are talking not directly to it

Great headphones for a great price!

Beautiful sound quality with a super durable steel faceplate. Love the cable that came with it, and multiple ear inserts to find the right fit. As a beginner to audio driver headphones, these were amazing. Shipping was a bit slow at the time, most likely due to global shipping delays, but was worth it!

White cord for black headphones

I don't like how they send the white cord for the black headphones. Quite misleading. Shipping is super slow too. If you are going to order use Amazon so if they send the wrong cord you can easily return it. Returns with linsoul cost a fortune to return and they take a restocking fee. Overall I would not recommend ordering from this site.

Still waiting for the headphones to arrive.

I’m sure the IEM’s will be fine. It’s been 60 days and they still haven’t arrived. I should have ordered them from Amazon. I won’t ever be purchasing anything from Linsoul Audio again.

Great for the price

This is actually my second set I have purchased (the first were destroyed). I use them almost every day on the farm. They do a decent job of quieting ambient noise all while allowing you to hear what's coming through them. I would have given this product 5 stars but the cable that comes with them is very ineffective. It has a 90 degree end on it which doe not work well with my phone case and I'm sure it doesn't work at all with other phone cases depending on the opening to the headphone jack. Being my second pair I purchased a replacement cable to use instead of the stock cable.

Damn good but

The zs10pro is great iem for listening to electronic and rock music but vocals and treble are less detailed but does not affect the listening experience as the imaging isolates you in the music. 7.5/10

You suck on multiple fronts

Earphones hurt my, ears and you want a 35% restock fee. Never buy direct. I will use Amazon to buy, something else.

best in ears for the money

I was honestly very surprised with quality and clarity. I own a pair of AS10s as well. These are more balanced and clearer sounding. I do not experience much fatigue with them and have used it at live gigs mixed with an Xlive U4 wireless pack. My only critical feedback is you need to replace the cable and the ear tips with more comfortable ones and there is a slight dip in the mid bass response where a bassist would sit in the mix. However, these rule!

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $269 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

Most items over $270 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $270 you can manually add Express Shipping at the checkout page for $15.00 - $35.00USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: Generally, we can only do Selected Shipping to India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable issues such as Covid, war, and etc.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping is 15-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 269USD, Express Shipping is free*.

*This applies for most countries. However, large items such as headphones and desktop DAC/AMPs (e.g. HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, and etc.) are excluded.

Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the returned parcel. For parcels that have been destroyed instead of being returned to us, no refund will be processed.

Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, Linsoul will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs.

For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products. 

Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

  • For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
  • For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?

  1. First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
    If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
    For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
    For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
  2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
    • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
    • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
    • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
    • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
    • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
    • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
