Five Balanced Armatures Earphone

With 5 balanced drives per side, the sound quality has been greatly improved, more details can be heard. The Special bass driver delivers a strong and detailed bass. The extension of high frequency is soft and flexible, not too sharp but soft. It would be a good companion for pop music, vocals.

Unique 3D Printing Technology

For the first time, KZ adopts 3D printing technology in manufacturing the internal acoustic structure which houses the drivers, guiding sound to two individual outputs visible in the base of each nozzle.

Professional Crossover Circuit Design

The AS10 has a big dynamic driver handling bass, two drivers handing high frequency, two drivers handing mid frequency. The AS10 has better impact, speed, and overall agility. Bass is very strong, mid-range is very prominent and the highs is not overly sharp.

Stable And Confortable Wearing Experience

With the detachable 2 pin OCC cable, and ergonomic design memorable ear hook, KZ AS10 outstands most earphones in the market with its practical design and long-lasting quality. Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping options - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping via DHL Express.

  • Standard Shipping is free, while Express Shipping is 10-30USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, Express Shipping is free.
  • Shipping fees exclude custom taxes that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of custom fees.
*Note: For certain countries, only Express Shipping is applicable. This includes Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, Sri Lanka, to name a few. Unfortunately, due to the Covid situation, we are still unable to ship to India yet.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

Customized items will take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information).

How long does it take to receive my order after it is placed?

For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.

For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

You have to bear any form of custom/import fees that are applicable for your order.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any.

Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.

Do I get tracking details for my order?

After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email.
