I have several wired and wireless in ear monitors and I have to admit that the sound of the CX10 is great for their size. If you just use on a daily basis for workout or strolls in the city, it's a nice sound.
HOWEVER, I experienced two major issues:
My first pair arrived and as I wanted to connect the charging case with the cable, the little USB plug in the case broke, and you can hear it flying around inside the case. Must have not been properly attached. So I couldn't charge the monitors anymore after one use. Disappointed, but thought I give it another try and ordered a second set because I liked the sound.
Now I'm able to charge the monitors but I am not even touch the charging cable for the case because I am afraid that the USB plug breaks again.
Second issue is, that the battery live of one of the sets is just bad. Not even lasts 30minutes in regular usage and volume level.
All in all good in ears on the sound side but hardware(charging case/battery life) could be improved

For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances
1. Kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number. We will not process a refund or reshipment of the parcel since it has been shipped.
2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
For faulty/missing items, please send an email to email@example.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any.
