I am very sad to say this but TRN BT20S Pro is not a good buy. Unfortunately these have some kind of flaw that makes them create constant white noise and distortion with or without music playing. The distortion fades in getting louder then fades out again. The parts that do work as intended are the play controls, automatic on\off, easy pairing, and the secure fit of the earpiece, however these features are overshadowed by the unwanted distortion.
The Bluetooth connection is the only positive element. When attached to larger IEMs, the modules sometimes disconnect from the case when closed. The big issue is the left module. The left module has a large amount of hiss that strangely increase with load. The hiss only goes away when there is sound from the full frequency range at an uncomfortable volume. This hiss makes most music unlistenable. The sound from the right side is "good enough". An annoying thin is that the USB C port is moderately deep which make it difficult to use some cables.
Got these new & sealed from eBay. Right side came broken out of the box. Does not turn on, does not charge. I'm afraid there is no quality control at all.
So I ordered a 0.75mm hook for my trn pro and ordered extra mmcx one. What came is both mmcx! Please refund me the additional money I paid for the extra hook!
