Return Policy

What’s your return policy?
You can return any non-customized* products within the 7 days that you receive them at the cost of 35% retail value as restocking fee. Returned products will get 65% of the amount paid for the product reimbursed directly to the payment method used (Paypal or Credit Card) once we receive them.

Non-refundable Products. * Any product that was customized (including faceplates) cannot be returned to Linsoul. Warranty-policy applies as normal to customized products.
How do i return the items to you?
Contact us at linsoultech@gmail.com to arrange the details of the shipping. Linsoul is not responsable for any of the shipping/custom fees that might apply for you returning the item to us.

Warranty Policy

What happens if my product is defective?
Linsoul Warranty covers any factory defects that might affect the proper functionality of your purchase. It doesn’t cover any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear. If your product is defective we will send you a replacement unit. Replacement units might require you to send the defective unit back to Linsoul.
How long does the warranty last?
We provide 1 year warranty for our products and if there’s any concerns, please feel free to contact us via linsoultech@gmail.com
How do i process my warranty
Follow the steps to process your warranty:
  1. Send us your order number and product problem to our customer service team: linsoultech@gmail.com. We will response to you no later than 48 hours for your warranty. Please help to understand that we need to confirm your information so it may take a little time.
  2. Once we confirmed it, we will send you replacement directly (for some products, we need your help to ship it back to us for exchange the new replacement) or repair for you. Normally repair for product will be charged, however, we want to provide better shopping experience, we will repair for you for free.
