What happens if my product is defective?
Linsoul Warranty covers any factory defects that might affect the proper functionality of your purchase. It doesn’t cover any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear. If your product is defective we will send you a replacement unit. Replacement units might require you to send the defective unit back to Linsoul.
How long does the warranty last?
We provide 1 year warranty for our products and if there’s any concerns, please feel free to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
How do i process my warranty
Follow the steps to process your warranty:
- Send us your order number and product problem to our customer service team: email@example.com. We will response to you no later than 48 hours for your warranty. Please help to understand that we need to confirm your information so it may take a little time.
- Once we confirmed it, we will send you replacement directly (for some products, we need your help to ship it back to us for exchange the new replacement) or repair for you. Normally repair for product will be charged, however, we want to provide better shopping experience, we will repair for you for free.
