 Made from Kirsite, the heart-shaped BL-03 earphone is truly an eye-catcher with its mirror polished cavity. The exquisite feel and aesthetics are perfectly shown in this model. Streamline design also excels in in longevity with its features of anti-skid, anti-scratch ect.

Ergonomic Design

The earphone is mold based on professional ear canal data analysis. The special shape is comfortable for long time wearing too and at the same time it can increase the passive noise reduction effect. It’s improved by adjusting the angle and position of the sound tube to the ear canal, achieving a high fit.

Supreme Quality Cable

The detachable cable is made from 4 strands of anti-tension and anti-interference wire for main wire. The 90° earplug design and 3.5mm gold plated plug make the cable long lasting. The built-in microphone is also available for choosing. One click operation is easy to use too.

Great buy

Amazing IEMs. I like the clear, well balanced bass, and clean sounds overall. Decently good stereo imaging for its price. Very good for its price. fits really well in my ears (may differ form person to person). the only downside i see is that they are heavy for earphones, but honestly its not too bothering for me.

They have too much bass for me. They are not very detailed but they have good timbre. Mids and highs are in right level but upper highs are not very airy. Tips are uncomfortable and are dropping all the time from my ears.

The sound is decent. More than I would have expected from "cheap" in ears. Definitely one of the better ones. Sadly they are very uncomfortable to wear for me. I used them for about 4 days and then I couldn't anymore because my Anti-Tragus got too swollen. The skin was completely scrapped off and it did hurt quite a bit. So sadly they are not getting used anymore.

They can't be beat for the price!

They sound great, they feel great, managing the cables is a little bit of a headache, they often get caught in the earpiece attachment and untwisting them is annoying.

Best IEMs I've had for the price

There's obviously better IEMs, better cables, better whatever, but for this cheap, this is the best my music has sounded from standard hardware

Great quality, price and customer service

Best pair of earbuds I've ever had for under $30. One of the pairs I ordered came with a small defect. Customer service responded quickly and corrected the problem. Can't really ask for more than than that.

I have the same generic opinion.

The BL03 sounds resolving with nice tuning in this price range, once you swap out the crap cable and yukky feeling tips and you find the spot that works in your ear. I beleve I've heard someone describe "the BL03 wont fit your ear but your ear will adapt to fit the BL03", it doesn't obvously work like that but can relate to the feeling. Overall package is meh but the IEM on its own is great to have on hand.

Most of the items you see are in stock and ready to be shipped after 3 working days. If you plan to order a custom (Design or Fit) product, a pre-order, or a made to order item processing times may change on item to item basis.

Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

Most items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping at the checkout page for $15.00 - $35.00USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping via DHL Express is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.

*For some countries, DHL Express is only free for orders above $239USD. Large items such as headphones (e.g. HarmonicDyne Zeus, Gold Planar GL2000, and etc.) are exceptions as well.

Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products. 

Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

  • For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
  • For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?

  1. First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
    If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
    For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
    For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
  2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
    • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
    • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
    • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
    • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
    • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
    • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.

Do I get tracking details for my order?

After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email.
