Premium Dual Driver Configuration

Ranko has equipped its RIE-1000 with a premium dual-driver configuration. It features one 10mm dynamic driver as a woofer and a balanced armature driver as a tweeter. They are arranged in a two-way frequency division for smooth, distortion-free output. Featuring the ES9281C PRO chip from ESS, REA-mini is equipped with a crystal oscillator designed to provide best-in-class audio performance at 119 dB DNR and 0.0003% THD + N.

Military-Grade Circuit

Ranko Acoustics, living up to its reputation as a premium audio brand has used military-grade inner circuitry. They have utilized premium OCC metallic cables for inner circuitry. As it offers ultra-low internal resistance, users are greeted with the best possible sound experience.

High-Precision 3D Printed Resin Shells

The RIE-1000 features premium 3D printed ear shells. They are made with a high-quality skin-friendly Resin material for lightweight ergonomics. They provide a very comfy and firm fit for the users. It is available in four different color options, Black, Red, Blue, and a combination of Red & Blue.

High-Purity Hybrid Cable

Along with quality accessories, you will get a high-purity audiophile cable. The cable features a hybrid configuration consisting of high-purity Monocrystalline Copper with Silver-plated Copper cores. It offers super-low internal resistance to the audio signal and enhances the clarity of sound. The cable has 3.5mm termination, and 0.78mm two-pin connectors.

Experience the Abundant Music Details

RANKO ACOUSTICS has created the MQA-supported REA-mini which enables you to experience the abundant music details in the artists' recording room. REA-mini includes MQA Renderer technology, which can connect to an MQA Core signal and complete the final unfold of an MQA file.

Tips to be used

The REA-mini LED shows three colors when rendering the file, magenta, red, blue. Magenta indicates that the unit is rendering an MQA stream or file, which delivers the final unfold of the MQA file. Red indicates that the units is rendering an file at 44.1- 48kHz. Blue indicates that the units is rendering an file at 88.2 - 384kHz, and DSD support is DoP64 - 128. If the LED shows white to indicate that the device is not identified yet, please plug-in again.

Most of the items you see are in stock and ready to be shipped after 3 working days. If you plan to order a custom (Design or Fit) product, a pre-order, or a made to order item processing times may change on item to item basis.

Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping options - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping via DHL Express.

  • Standard Shipping is free, while Express Shipping is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, Express Shipping is free.
  • Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

Customized items will take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information).

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.

For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

Which countries do you ship to?

1. Kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number. We will not process a refund or reshipment of the parcel since it has been shipped.

2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:

  • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipientRecipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
  • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
  • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
  • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any.
