At its core lies a proprietary vertical dual dynamic driver system: a 9.8mm + 6.9mm configuration engineered to deliver deeply natural and textured bass — a rare achievement in the world of high-end in-ear monitors. The Maven II builds upon UM’s early breakthroughs in dynamic bass (as seen in the Martian and MAVIS) to deliver unmatched low-end performance with dynamic richness and character.

The Maven II features a sophisticated 10-driver configuration, combining 2 dynamic drivers for low frequencies, 2 balanced armature drivers for the mid-highs, 2 more for the highs, and 4 electrostatic drivers handling the ultra-highs. These drivers are seamlessly integrated through a 5-way crossover, delivering a richly layered sound signature with precise imaging, sparkling treble, and immersive warmth—maintaining clarity across the spectrum from deep, thunderous bass to airy, ethereal highs.

The Maven II is forged from native aerospace-grade titanium using advanced 3D printing and artisan-level polishing. With a shell thickness of just 0.4mm, it achieves a perfect balance of lightness, strength, and resilience. This ultra-thin titanium structure is 5x stronger than stainless steel and 50% lighter, ensuring long-lasting durability and premium comfort even during long listening sessions.

UM Copper M2 RE Cable – Designed for Synergy
Bundled with the UM Copper M2 RE, a custom-designed cable specifically tuned for the Maven II, this cable is constructed from high-purity OCC copper with a 24AWG gauge and fiber core.
