Can you ship to my location?
We provide worldwide free shipping and we can delivery to 99% places over the world.
How long does shipping take?
For standard shipping, it could take around 7-20 days. For express shipping, which use delivery via DHL, Fedex, EMS, it could take around 3-7 days to delivery to you after we have shipped out your order. (Pleae note: the 3-7 days is normally the delivery time).
How long do you usually take to ship my order?
Once you have complete your order, we will start prepare your order for fulfilment. Usually, we can ship it out within 48 hours, except for some unexpected holiday. If the product you order is not in stock, we will inform you before we ship it to you. We are really appreciated for your waiting if this annoying things happen.
Do i get tracking for my order?
Once you have finished order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive the tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. You can always track your order. If you don’t receive these kind of email, please kindly contact us for more information.
Will Linsoul be responsible for the custom fees?
All custom charges will be paid by the customer (you) and they will change based on your local importing fees and taxes. We can help you reduce or eliminate this tax by declaring products at a lower value if you request this by email (linsoultech@gmail.com) or in your order comments, however we aren’t responsable for any customs fees that might be required for you to import your products into your country of origin. Please refer to your local import/customs policies before you order.
