How it works

From the waiting list to your review

Tester requirements

Step 1

Join a product's list
Find the test product you want to join and pre-pay the shipping for the next person. The cost depends on the item and the region where the test takes place.
Step 2

Wait for the starting date
Every test product has a starting date: our internal deadline to select all testers. If you are selected, your name and your position on the list appear on the product page.
Step 3

Test and review
When the item reaches you, write an original review or opinion with photos and submit it through the review section of the product page. All reviews are published on the website.
Step 4

Send it to the next person
When it is your turn, the product page shows the details you need to ship the item to the next person waiting on the list.

Tester selection and rules

Our process for selecting testers is simple. These are the requirements and recommendations to join the program.

Requirements

Who can be a tester

Provide additional personal information, including at least one social media account. This information is only for screening and will never be shared.
Have spent a minimum amount (depending on the item to be tested) on linsoul.com. Orders on Amazon, Drop, Indiegogo, the old Linsoul website and similar platforms don't count: the system uses your order information (you need to be logged in) to let you send your submission.
Pre-pay the shipping of the product for the next person. You'll find it on the product you want to join; it changes with the item and the region where the test is done. The first 5 randomly selected testers get this cost refunded to their payment method.

Selection

How testers are chosen

We also use other data, such as how many orders you have placed and how long you have been a customer, to select testers.
If you are selected, you will find your name and your position on the list on the product page after its starting date.
