Linsoul Update: Stay Home, Stay Safe

Dear Linsoul Family,

We hope you are well and safe during these difficult times. We are daily being encouraged by your support and love, and we want to thank each and every one of you for being our strength. Despite the severity and seriousness of this pandemic, we know that we can make it through this together.

We also want to take this opportunity to apologize for the recent delays in shipping and clarify future steps for a smoother delivery process. We have received many feedbacks regarding issues in shipment tracking, and we are sincerely sorry to those who may have been confused or have had to track your orders manually.

To prevent such issues, we are currently developing a new tracking system built into our website to ensure that you can track every step of your order process. Most notably, if any unexpected delays occur in shipping out your order, you will be immediately notified through the new system. We hope this can ease any misunderstandings or concerns as you no longer will have to wait in the dark.

These are uncertain times for everyone around the globe, and we hope this small step can prevent any unnecessary extra stress for you as you await your package.
