Ergonomic Design

The earphone is mold based on professional ear canal data analysis. The special shape is comfortable for long time wearing too and at the same time it can increase the passive noise reduction effect. Best Buy

I'm new to the world of IEMs so i didn't wanna spend to much money but this BL03 is easily a Best Buy. I had some trouble with the fit in my ear since they kept falling out but after a short play with the included tips they are perfect. The sound is great, on the base side, mids are really nice and treble not harsh. Separation is also good, not the best but best for 25$
Overall very satisficed with the BL03 and the delivery was also really great.

Really great sound for the price

You just can’t complain about the sound with the price they’re being sold for. Side Note: 1)You can actually replace the wire and I’d recommend buying a better quality one than the one you’re given; it’s really flimsy and gets tangled too easily. 2)If you’re not used to having to jam the earbud nib into your ear to get amazing audio then it might get some getting used to. I used the Apple Earbuds for the longest time (the BLONs sound way better btw) and they sat in my ears pretty “lightly” at least compared to these. The BLONs aren’t necessarily uncomfortable, they just felt different.

The don't stay in my ear!!!!

They ended up in the bin as they do not stay in my ear!
When I hold them pushed in the ear that they sound really good.
The cable us garbage, the connector is garbage.

Still one of the best budget IEMs ever

I love the Blon BL-03's warm signature. It's a comfy yet still detailed and fun listen with good bass and outstanding tonality. It just feels really natural to listen to. The build quality is excellent, really love the purple color and the benefit of this particular model is that it comes with better eartips. This is my only concern: the nozzle is very short meaning it doesn't hurt and feel really comfy to wear but can be hard to fit as they might slip out of your ear. With the included eartip in the purple version it's fine but i highly recommend pairing this one with Spinfits like the CP100 or CP145. The cable is also a weak link in this package but it's decent enough and you can replace it or just stick with it. Very easy to drive but i also recommend a simple DAC dongle for your phone for a more open sound and a bit nicer bass.
Highly recommend anyone to get a pair of these.

Would give 0 stars now if I could. Just bought and already garbage.

Not only do they need to be pushed back into your hear constantly, but the earbuds disconnect from the wires during normal computer use almost every 3 minutes, needing to be pressed back into socket (they fall right out when dangling from the wires). Loud buzzing when tilting my head so they are unusable unless upright. Uncomfortable for long periods.

DO NOT BUY. NO WAY THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE REAL, IT BROKE NEAR INSTANTLY.

Most of the items you see are in stock and ready to be shipped after 3 working days. If you plan to order a custom (Design or Fit) product, a pre-order, or a made to order item processing times may change on item to item basis.

Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping via DHL Express is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.

*For some countries, DHL Express is only free for orders above $239USD. Large items such as headphones (e.g. HarmonicDyne Zeus, Gold Planar GL2000, and etc.) are exceptions as well.

Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products. 

Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

  • For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
  • For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?

  1. First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
    If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
    For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
    For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
  2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
    • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
    • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
    • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
    • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
    • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
    • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
