Ergonomic Design

The earphone is mold based on professional ear canal data analysis. The special shape is comfortable for long time wearing too and at the same time it can increase the passive noise reduction effect. Amazing and very good quality for the price

I purchased these earbuds after hearing such good things and considering how many cheap pairs I've gone through, I thought it would be good to invest in something a little more durable. Quality is amazing, love the metal finish, and the design is funky but really helps noise cancel and keep the earbuds from falling out l. Also love that they included a little bag for storage. Only con are the wires. A little too long and thing for my tastes, but you can switch them out so, not really a con. All in all a good purchase and I'll definitely purchase another once these run their lifespan.

Right ear died, wanted me to pay for repair.

Right ear died shortly after buying, they wanted me to pay for shipping To and from China, and to cover repair costs... Audio quality was good while it lasted(a couple weeks). Wouldn't recommend.

BLON BL-03 Budget Heaven

It's very rare to find a no-brainer in the audio-world. Congratulations, you've found it. This piece of magic punches way above its price point.
I've been using it for the past two months with the stock cable and the stock tips. While they're not the most comfortable, and I am looking to replace them, they are fine for the time being.
Buy this for yourself. And for a friend. Buy 4 or 6 and distribute happiness. For kids, adults, and everyone. This is where it's at.

Amazing value

They are some of the most enjoyable headphones/IEMs that I own. I constantly reach for them versus other more expensive offerings and also feel horrible about it at the same time. Buy them if you want to feel guilty about listening to them over anything 4-5 times the price because they are that good. Listening with final-e tips, stock cable, and a Qudelix 5k with a oratory’s parametric EQ settings.

Sounds Great With Some Fit Issues

The BLON BL-03 sounds very good but I had some challenges with fit. The supplied ear tips would not provide a good seal (so no Bass) and the supplied cable had a tendency to pull them out of my ears all the time. A number of reviewers of this set have mentioned this issue so I was aware that it might be an issue. If you aren't prepared for the hassle to spend a bit more on eartips and cables, this IEM might not be for you.

With some better foam eartips I fixed the seal issue and a Triptowin C8 cable (cost more than the IEM's but worth it IMO) fixed the issue of them puling out (also the foam tips help with this too).

I now have a good sounding set that I really like. Even with the upgrades to the cable and eartips, it's an excellent value. My old Shure 215's came with a nice cable and multiple eartips and cost a lot more. They sound like crap in comparison. Can't believe that I thought they were pretty good. LOL!

The earphones feel very cheap and plastic. The sound quality is not that good as people say. I would not recommend buying these

Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping options - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping via DHL Express.

  • Standard Shipping is free, while Express Shipping is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, Express Shipping is free.
  • Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

Customized items will take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information).

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.

For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

Which countries do you ship to?

1. Kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number. We will not process a refund or reshipment of the parcel since it has been shipped.

2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:

  • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipientRecipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
  • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
  • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
  • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any.
