A Unique Opportunity for Audio Innovators

In recent years, there has been a steady growth of DIY-customizers and audio engineers who have been building creative audio solutions. However, it is often difficult for these small teams to orchestrate the entire sales process from funding, manufacturing, advertising, and finally distributing their products. At Linsoul, we want to help connect these DIY audio innovators with the larger global audiophile community by providing a new platform to share their ideas, and release their final products to the world.

Not Crowdfuning

This is not a crowdfunding design. Manufacturers will not be collecting funds prior to the R&D or manufacturing process because one of the requisites to use our platform is that they already have the means to meet the sales demands. This means that there are no “failed” projects, and customers will be putting in their money for actual products, not just concept ideas, that will be produced and distributed. Orders will be conducted in a pre-order manner, allowing customers to secure their spot, and make the payment once the actual product is ready for distribution.

Handcrafted Bespoke Gear

Rather than typically factory mass-produced audio products, each of these startup products are produced in small batch quantities, ensuring their quality. Smaller manufacturers and teams often do not have mass-manufacturing machinery or capacity, and this allows each product to be handcrafted and unique. This is a platform for teams to share not just audio products, but works of custom art that look and feel just as good as they sound.

Start to Finish Transparency

We encourage teams to be transparent in their product design, fully disclosing driver specifications, frequency measurements, and tonal characteristics, so that customers can have a full idea of what they are purchasing. While customer-manufacturer discussions can allow community-based input, we expect each product listed to be more-or-less finalized and ready for production, allowing customers to know exactly what they are buying.

Group-buying

Due to the small manufacturing capacities of many of our teams, orders will be conducted on a pre-order basis, with a number of maximum units that can be produced. Group-buying also allows reduced prices, based on the minimum number of units that are placed on pre-order.
