Makes Mangird Tea sound awesome.

Bought this cable and didn’t know what I was going to use it on. I bought the Mangird Tea and hated the cable that came with it. I put this cable on and it was great. Highly recommended!

Durable, Beautiful, Well Built

I have bought a dozen + cables and this is one of my favorites so far. I am very pleased with the build quality. I paired this with TFZ Live 3’s and typically I usually select a cable upgrade. This due does not disappoint. It was easy to attach, sound quality is real nice. Would buy this cable again!

Excellent Cable, Exceptional Value

I own cables in the $25 to $150 USD range, most have a silver coating. The LSC08 are by far my favorite cable. They drape behind the ears comfortably, do not get tangled, have a perfect weight, and do not change the sound signature of the music - perfectly neutral.

If Linsoul makes an upgraded version of this cable, I would consider buying the next level. All the silver coated or graphene coated etc fads.... keep it simple like the LSC08.

Pretty good cable

Purchased this cable because of near every iem nowadays gets delivered with a silver plated copper cable. I rather have good copper ohno continuous casting cable, assuming this is the real deal, without silver plating. Because to my ears silver plating tends to get harsh and more pronounced to sibilance resulting in a thin midrange and bass region with overly pronounced treble. Now to the cable, this cable ( Linsoul LSC08 ) sound very good, rich with full body presentation, every sound is where it needs to be IMO, good clarity, with no loss of detail! Only con I have is that although it’s a very good build quality and nice to the touch it is a little stiff and microphonic. Overall I can recommend the cable but maybe best user scenario, static listening indoors.

Very nice high quality cable

This cable is made very well and feels good in the hands. Nice and thick just like I like. The ear loops fits my ears nice and comfortable, and the sound of my earphones are noticeable better. The service from Linsoul was great and was delivered on time like they stated. Overall a great purchase.

Most of the items you see are in stock and ready to be shipped after 3 working days. If you plan to order a custom (Design or Fit) product, a pre-order, or a made to order item processing times may change on item to item basis.

Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping via DHL Express is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.

*For some countries, DHL Express is only free for orders above $239USD. Large items such as headphones (e.g. HarmonicDyne Zeus, Gold Planar GL2000, and etc.) are exceptions as well.

Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products. 

Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

  • For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
  • For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?

  1. First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
    If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
    For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
    For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
  2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
    • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
    • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
    • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
    • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
    • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
    • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.

Do I get tracking details for my order?

After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
