Customers praised the earbuds for "great sound" and "excellent value for price point." Many noted they "sound much better than similarly priced pairs" with "clear" audio and "smooth bass." The ANC "blocks most noise" effectively. However, some customers found the app limited, wanting more touch control customization and better volume controls.
I bought the ST2 coming from owning the ST1. ST1 was OK for me in terms of sound since it was a bit more on Treble side, too much for my preference and on the other hand Bass left more to be desired. As I kept on using it I tried hard to like the audio quality of ST1 but unfortunately I was left with mixed feelings due to above 2 things. Eventually I lost my ST1 somewhere and oddly I was kinda happy because now I could get something else as per my taste. Right around that time I saw Kenneth Tanaka's video of ST2 launch and the review and I got the feel that those 2 parameters are fixed in ST2. After going through hundreds of reviews I finally felt that ST2 is definitely the one for me so I bought it thru Linsoul. And after some wait I received it, right out of the box I didn't feel that they sound as per my expectations but I tried multiple sound customizations within the app and finally I got it somewhere near. Eventually after using the earphones also burnt-in and the sound quality improved. And oh boy now these sound exactly how I wanted them to sound. Decently wide soundstage, great balance between bass, treble and forward sounding vocals. One thing I am really surprised at is that when you listen 90's acoustic songs with focus on vocals presentation with recessed music and bass, ST2 will make you think that probably these buds won't do justice to the bass oriented songs (because of the fact that they are so good at vocal clarity) and when next song plays which is bass oriented, you get pleasantly surprised because you didn't expect them to deliver bass so efficiently. So when you feel that these earbuds are doing so good with every genre you feel so satisfied that you made the right purchase. So overall I am extremely happy with the audio performance of ST2. Another parameter where ST2 have improved drastically is the better than ST1 is the Battery life. I have finished whole 2h30min movie with ANC on and still had around 30% charge left, so no issues there as well. ANC performance has also improved slightly in my experience because most of the noises around us are low frequency sounds (like engine rumbling, fan, ac chimney of kitchen, cars going nearby (not horns), general ambient noises of house or traffic) and ST2 does cancel out most of them most of the times, so quite often your audio listening experience will be enhanced by these buds (if I have to rate them in %age then I think they reduce 50-60% of the noises in most scenarios) just don't expect them to silent completely like OnePlus buds 3 or 4. I bought the Green/Black version as it looks more Sci-fi-ish. All in all I am happy and at peace with my purchase.
Its generally really good, great sound, looks awesome, but it lost a star because it doesn't have volume controls, if I want to skip a song I can only do it with the right one, and the ANC is little worse than I expected, because it doesn't block out everything. However, it does block most of the noise and especially if you have your own music playing. I wish i could have more options in the app for touch settings. Overall, it's probably the best pair of earbuds you can get for this price, and possibly even at slightly higher price points.
They look and sound lovely, kuch better than any other similarly priced pair.

Great sounding buds! Used the biggest ear tip to get a better seal for bass. Fine tuned it with my phone's EQ and it's punching well above its price point.
I really through "cheap Chinese Bluetooth earbuds" gonna sound terrible but I'm really really impressed. they sound a lot clearer and more natural than most earbuds.
But please add customisation to the touch controls on it like fully disabilng them

They feel amazing, I never liked ear buds but these are so comfy, almost don't feel them, and the sound is super nice.

Sound good but pretty awkwardly shaped and uncomfortable to wear. thats about it. battery is nice, ANC is nice, touch controls are nicely configurable and not too easily triggered during frequent fit adjustments. includes a variety of ear tips.
Great pair of earbuds for the price. Good sound and noise cancellation. Only negative i have found is the interface. The app doesnt work very well, and thus doesnt let you adjust any of the settjngs you might want to adjust. Otherwise great product.

This in ear headphones blowed my mind with range of sound , clarity and amooth basses. However, it has little downside for me and it is maximum volume. Max volume is like %85 for me. And its high frequencies are could be better but Im not complaining. Its great in ear headphone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality, the ANC and the battery life of these IEMs.
The sound is nice and full, much better than other budget TWS IEMs I've tried.
I wasn't expecting much from the ANC due to the price, but it works great to reduce the noise on my commute (road sounds and tram noise).
I'm satisfied with the battery life - I get about 7 hours without ANC and about 6 hours when I use ANC during my 30 min commute.

Really good sound for its price range (specially the soundstage), has active noise cancelling which is not groundbreaking but specially useful for lower frequencies (so for taking the bus or the train), the build quality is good and I like the design, even if the way the case is designed can be a bit flimsy for holding the headphones, and the tactile controls can be triggered accidentally pretty easily. I also hate the anime girl voice and wish it could be changed but that's just me. Would buy again without thinking, excellent headphones for the price actually

Just buy the pro version, it costs the same and is better.
Only issue I had with the earbuds, is that they get dirty very easily even in your pocket, since the case cannot be closed. It's also very hard to tell which side is witch without looking at it, when it's in the case which is sometimes inconvenient
It's worth the price.that batterys verry powerfull.
The sound is very clean but a little low for me; there's an EQ adjustment option in the app that increases the volume. It's not bad for a TWS.
