- Discount stacking: the 15% education code, the automatic spend & save savings, and any other coupon can't be combined — the cart applies one, not several.
- Exclusions: the education code doesn't apply to THIEAUDIO products or selected new arrivals launched in August 2026. Spend & save additionally excludes Clearance products. Additional terms and exclusions may apply.
- Reservation Card: one per customer. The $15 code is valid strictly for the Linsoul Avant, is sent by email before launch at the end of August 2026, and activates the moment the product is listed. It is valid for 1 month from issue and is not stackable with any other code.
- Reservation Card refunds: cards are non-refundable, including for unused or expired codes. Unused or expired codes are not reissued. Benefits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original purchaser.
- Email matching: the email used to purchase a Reservation Card must match your Linsoul account email. Contact us by email or Discord only if you haven't received your code by the end of 19 August (GMT+8).
- Regional restrictions: shipping to Brazil is unavailable at the moment due to logistics. Brazilian orders for the Reservation Card will be cancelled and refunded.
- Processing times: orders placed during the sale may take longer to process due to demand — allow 1–5 weeks depending on product availability. Some items may sell out during the sale.
- Shipping & fees: shipping may be limited to Standard or Express depending on location. Shipping fees are calculated after discount codes are applied and are non-refundable.
