The stock cable is made of imported wire from DAIKOKU ELECTRIC WIRE, crafted with high quality 3.5mm stereo mini plug made by Oyaide. Detachable cable also makes it possible to upgrade it anytime with your preferred one. Customize your own earbuds without hesitation
Over the past 2 years, the Shozy lab has been devoted to the tuning with all effort. With the unremittingly adjusting, here we are bring you the final sound. Designed with interchangeable pipe, which has 3 different tuning, you are able to experience more with one pair of earbuds
Based on our years of experience, as usual this model is designed with ergonomics shell while increase the length of pipe to fit better and more comfortable. The special design can greatly seal and sit snugly in your ear. Feel the custom IEM from now on
Each pair is different because the shell is hand-painted. We can’t promise that you will get exactly the same one as shown in the picture. Please understand.

Most of the items you see are in stock and ready to be shipped after 3 working days. If you plan to order a custom (Design or Fit) product, a pre-order, or a made to order item processing times may change on item to item basis.
Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.
All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD
We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping via DHL Express is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*For some countries, DHL Express is only free for orders above $239USD. Large items such as headphones (e.g. HarmonicDyne Zeus, Gold Planar GL2000, and etc.) are exceptions as well.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.
Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
For faulty/missing items, please send an email to email@example.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.
