Great earphones

I have small ear canals these IEMs actually fit my ears! They sound great and are affordable. Nothing to complain about so far.

GREAT IEM

It's a great IEM for not a lot of money. Many will consider this to be perfectly tuned. Personally I think it is slightly too bright, but I am very sensitive. The design and fit are also great. It's a perfect complement to the Blon with a more Harman like tuning. If you didn't like the Blon this is also a great option.

An Absolutely Great IEM!!!

A really awesome IEM for the price, it has a good solid base that thumps yet is controlled nicely, and it doesn't bleed into the mids. The mids and treble are well balanced with a sparkle on top, but no semblance to my ears, vocals are only a tad bit back, and are clear and crisp, with a minimalist of dryness. A fun pair of IEM's with emotion. Did switch out ear tips to foam, and am using the Shozy Form 1.1 cord for these, makes them look really nice, and these are a beautiful pair of IEM's that pictures just don't seem to show. Quality is also very good. The flow from low to high and back is seamless, a very good job tying it all together. And I do like these more than the Shozy Form's, just more sparkle to them, that adds a bit more of delight to my listening pleasures.

Most of the items you see are in stock and ready to be shipped after 3 working days. If you plan to order a custom (Design or Fit) product, a pre-order, or a made to order item processing times may change on item to item basis.

Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping options - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping via DHL Express.

  • Standard Shipping is free, while Express Shipping is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, Express Shipping is free.
  • Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

Customized items will take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information).

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.

For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

Which countries do you ship to?

1. Kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number. We will not process a refund or reshipment of the parcel since it has been shipped.

2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:

  • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipientRecipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
  • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
  • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
  • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any.

Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.

Do I get tracking details for my order?

After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email.
