Professional Focus: The ZiiGaat Luna is engineered for studio engineers and stage performers, delivering accuracy and precision in professional settings. It mirrors the tonal balance of studio monitors, ensuring every frequency translates faithfully. With quick transients and a snappy, detailed sound, the Luna keeps vocals warm without feeling sluggish. Its precise layering and imaging make it a reliable reference tool for pinpointing each instrument in dense mixes.

Driver Configuration: Each side of the Luna houses six high-quality balanced armature (BA) drivers for faithful audio reproduction. Dual Sonion 39AY008 units handle powerful sub-bass, while Knowles 32873 drivers cover the midrange with natural cohesion. Two Knowles 33518 tweeters provide detailed, pristine highs. Every imported driver is hand-tested and paired to guarantee perfect channel matching and consistent performance.

Tonal Balance: Tuned to ZiiGaat’s in-house target, the Luna offers an 8 dB sub-bass shelf that cuts off at 250 Hz, delivering impactful lows without bleeding into the low-mids. The midrange remains flat between 250 Hz and 1 kHz for true-to-life vocals and instruments. Natural, crisp trebles add just enough detail to keep highs clear. This tonal precision makes the Luna a dependable reference for professional mixing and monitoring.

Craftsmanship & Build Quality: Each Luna shell is 3D-printed from imported, medical-grade resin, resulting in a durable yet lightweight housing. During assembly, every driver is individually tested and matched, and each unit undergoes final quality checks before polishing. The interchangeable 0.78 mm 2-pin cable is made from ultra-pure, silver-plated oxygen-free copper for noise-free transmission. Hand-poured faceplates provide a boutique aesthetic, while the detachable cable design enhances longevity and comfort customization.

Electro Audio World’s Take

The bass is tight, clear, and surprisingly textured. It can go unexpectedly deep for a fully balanced armature driver IEM. The mid-frequencies are undoubtedly the star of the show. Vocals are rich, realistic, and emotionally impactful, with instruments possessing convincing body and excellent tonal accuracy.

The treble is clean, broad, and airy, not becoming tiring. There's enough brightness to reveal micro-details, but it never becomes harsh.

Perhaps the biggest surprise is the soundstage. For its price category, it displays a wide and open presentation with impressive layering and instrument separation. The visualization is accurate, making it easy to identify individual instruments in complex recordings.

After a short listening session, I'm impressed with the Ziigaat Luna's sound setup. Its character focuses primarily on musicality, balance, and technical competence. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an IEM with good balance in this price range.

Great sound!

Perfectly balanced headphones with a technical sound. They can play the bass very well. The bass is deep, well-built, elastic and fast. The high frequencies are very transparent and precise. They sound amazing!

..........The Studio’s Quiet Shadow : Refinement & Finesse like never before....

Impressive resolution for the price – Luna retrieves micro-detail and inner texture with a refinement usually reserved for higher-tier BA sets.
Balanced tonality – a tasteful tuning with a gentle bass lift, clear midrange, and well-extended treble that avoids harshness.
Excellent vocal presentation – both male and female vocals sound clean, articulate, and naturally positioned.
Layered soundstage – not the widest, but Luna offers depth and very good separation, with instruments occupying defined spaces.
Build quality & ergonomics – lightweight shells, comfortable fit, and good passive isolation for long listening sessions.
Accessories are well thought-out – stock cable is supple and of decent quality, eartip selection is generous, and the case is compact yet sturdy.
Value in its segment – in a crowded market, Luna punches above its price bracket with refinement that can rival costlier multi-BA monitors. The ZiiGaat Luna is an IEM that invites scrutiny — not because it begs to impress, but because it quietly demands respect through discipline. This is a set that doesn’t just playback music — it dissects it, frame by frame, frequency by frequency.

Its strengths are clear:
A well-implemented 6BA configuration that never steps on its own toes
A monitor-style sound signature that exposes more than it embellishes
Excellent technical resolution, imaging, and separation for the price
A design that’s wearable, practical, and unfussy

But just as clearly, the Luna isn’t trying to be universally appealing. It trades emotional coloration for honest reproduction. It trades slam for structure. It trades warmth for width.

In the end, what you get is a tool — a reliable reference point — that reveals music without drama. The Luna will not hold your hand, but it will tell you the truth. And for many discerning listeners, that’s worth far more than charm.

Luna is fantastic as an all-BA reference IEM. The clarity and layering are dazzling. Mids & highs are beautiful and clear. It's BA bass, but very well done.

ZiiGaat's new challenge

The ZiiGaat Luna is not just a high-resolution earphone, but also a reliable product that can capture the "overlapping of sounds," "spread of space," and "clarity of positioning" of sounds, regardless of genre.

WOW!!!

This thing punches way above its price. The soundstage is massive. This IEM smokes my syphonium meteor, which costs $699. With a better cable, it matches some of the best BA IEMs on the market. Tips also change the sound depending on what you prefer. It is a very detailed IEM, and I consider it an S-tier IEM with a better cable ($200 THIEAUDIO Oceania) in my case.

In today’s crowded mid-fi market, $379 can either feel like a stretch or a sweet spot — depending on what you're seeking. With the ZiiGaat Luna, the pricing is neither a bargain nor an overreach — it’s a statement of purpose.

This isn’t an IEM that tries to compete in the “fun-per-dollar” game. Instead, it confidently plants its flag in a less-traveled category: precision-tuned, multi-BA studio monitors for under $400 — and there are very few sets in this price range that do what the Luna sets out to do, as deliberately and as cleanly.
It stands apart from others in the category by offering true BA layering, excellent imaging, and a mature treble tuning that avoids typical pitfalls like harsh peaks or over-brightness.
More importantly, ZiiGaat didn’t pay the price with unnecessary gimmicks. The modular cable, ergonomic resin shells, and carefully selected BA drivers (Sonion + Knowles) show restraint and competence. You’re paying for sound tuning and technical execution, not cosmetic flair........

If your priority is monitoring-grade accuracy, minimal coloration, and analytical layering, then yes — the Luna offers very strong value.

A surprisingly pleasant and versatile sound for an all BA configuration. This is easily more engaging and balanced-sounding to my ears than other all BA sets like the Studio 4 and the Kiwi Ears Orchestra Lite. For whatever reason, though, the Luna has a bit of a hollow sound somewhere in the lower mids, possibly upper bass (250ish-300ish hertz) and I suppose that's just the natural limitations of BAs when used for low end frequencies. A little more noteweight would have made these perfect, but they are still very good, delivery punch bass lines and fast drum patterns with a decent sense of thickness to them. Think of this as the smoother, slightly nore cohesive cousin to the Cincotres, but the Luna is still able to let the aggressive or powerful songs still sound aggressive or powerful-- it's only missing a tad bit more coloration in the sound to be my kind of perfect. I agree with Jays Audio on this set being good for bands and instrument-driven genres, I just prefer the flavor of DDs
