Reference-Grade Tonal Balance

Tuned with a new reference target, the Odyssey 2 achieves superior tonal integrity. Lows are powerful yet controlled, mids remain neutral and natural, and highs extend smoothly with enhanced clarity. This balance makes it ideal for music lovers, stage performers, and professionals seeking accuracy.

amazing

Wow ! It sounds amazing right out of the box. This is my first proper IEM and i have in the past used headphones like R70x, M50x, Airpods pro 2, sony mdr-7506 and sennheiser 660 and IEMs like Moon Chu, Truth Hear and airpods pro 2. I am not an audiophile by any means so i cannot say much technical stuff about it but I did how ever notice that all the instruments sounds much clearer , the bass sounds tasty and rich without interfering with other instruments, the vocals sounds alive and engaging and instruments sits really well in the stereo image making it easier to notice them individually also noticed the dynamics in the audio. I am super impressed and this has basically initiated me into wanting to explore more . I'm using my LG30 to use these.

ZiiGaat Odyssey 2 - Interesting vocals and beanutiful highs,!

The highs are clear and fairly detailed. Cymbal trails are long and slightly tinted with a golden sheen.
The shaker is clear.
Vocal overtones and harmonics are beautifully rendered.
Vocals are positioned behind the proscenium.
The stage is medium-sized, but quite high vertically.
Everything within the stage is large, tightly packed, but not compressed.
Vocals are free and delivered engagingly.
The tactility of the stage is conveyed very well.
The midrange is slightly softened, pleasant, and musical.
The low frequencies are boomy, with a slight bass overload.
This bass is ideal for electronic music, but for precise, tonally accurate rock recordings, it will feel slow and boomy.
The overall presentation of the headphones is quite pleasant, musical, and engaging.
This setup will appeal to the vast majority of music lovers, especially for the distinct emphasis on the low frequencies.
Overall, the Odyssey 2 differs from the first version in terms of soundstage and high frequencies.
If you're looking for a more musical presentation, the second edition of these headphones is definitely worth considering.

Love this

The ZiiGaat Odyssey 2 is the latest offering from ZiiGaat, developed in collaboration with Hangout.Audio. As a 1DD + 3BA hybrid IEM, it positions itself as a “reference-leaning but versatile” universal in-ear monitor aimed at listeners who want a musical, balanced sound, not an extreme sound or very personal type signature, but rather something that works across a wide variety of music genres with fidelity, comfort, and practicality.

Will 2 be better than 1?

The ZiiGaat x Hangout.Audio Odyssey 2 exceed expectations: versatile, musical, and carefully crafted IEMs, with aluminum housings, a handcrafted faceplate, and a replaceable modular cable. The package is comprehensive, from silicone and foam tips to replaceable filters and 3.5 mm SE and 4.4 mm balanced jacks.

The sound is immersive and well-balanced. The bass is deep and controlled, never intrusive, the mids natural and realistic, with believable vocals and acoustic instruments, and the highs clear, airy, and never aggressive. The soundstage is surprisingly wide and uncluttered, with good separation and ambient detail.

The Odyssey 2 shine with smartphones, but a quality DAC or preamp unlocks their full power: more defined bass, more stable mids, and cleaner highs. Tested with rock, jazz, classical music, and even more delicate listening, they prove to be reliable and versatile.

In short, these IEMs aren't studio monitors, but they offer a premium listening experience: dynamic, musical, and precise. Perfect for those who want a high-end product without compromise, capable of thrilling both on the go and at home. A purchase that surprises and wins you over from the first listen.

Odyssey 2 ~ A completely different version from its predecessor

Compared to its predecessor, Odyssey 2 retains the same design form but the housing is more durable thanks to metal material. Accessories are well upgraded from quality carrying cases, more diverse tips to module cables. In terms of sound quality, Odyssey 2 has more detailed sound than its predecessor, and the technical elements are also better, especially the audio imaging and analysis capabilities.

a different level of balance and sound adjustment

It holds a very special place among the IEMs I own (I keep it in a genuine leather jewelry box). It's a very precious IEM to me. It has a beautiful aluminum body and magnificent drivers. The vocals, the stage, and the perfectly balanced Knowles armatures pull you into the scene. It has a wonderful bass balance without being bloated, and the treble is perfectly balanced. I think this IEM will always be with me.

Give it time (and the correct eartips) and you will love this IEM

I will start by saying that at first, I was disappointed with this IEM, it is a great deal with the tips and carrying case but the sound was bad and I tried every tip I had (Tangzu Tang Sancai noble, Narrow Bore and Wide Bore version, Spinfit Omni and W1, stock tips, etc...) but nothing. That was until I switched to the Dunu S&S, medium size was great but now large is now the only tip I use for both comfort and audio quality, they go so well together, it was like night and day. The imaging on these IEMs is spectacular, as well as the bass and detail retrieval. You really need a deep bore eartip to enjoy this set to the fullest There are very few songs where I don't love this tuning. The cable is a bit too thin for my liking but the interchangeable end is very good quality. The tips included are good and you get both silicone and foam ones, but they both didn't really fit my ear shape.

Also, right, they are beautiful, a metal shell and faceplates that reminds me of volcanic sand and bioluminescent beaches. I don't think there are many IEMs that look THIS good.

Great Surprise !!!

Well this is my first Ziigaat IEM, and is a really really god surprise, excellent sound, great bass, mids and uppers, very good stage, details, the aluminiumShell is a jewel.... i uset it for hours, ang got none fatigue... fit perfect in ear

All three of my ZiiGaats are great, but this is certainly the best. Outstanding resolution, refinement, and musicality. Phenomenal value!

An all-rounder where naturalness takes the lead.

n short, the Odyssey 2 strikes me as a system that knows exactly what it wants to offer, doesn't try to deceive anyone, and can appeal to all ears.

Its deep, fast, and well-textured bass, accompanied by natural and forward-focused mids, creates a balanced, clean, and incredibly easy to enjoy sound. Technically, it performs admirably, especially in terms of soundstage, separation, and positioning, although it doesn't aim for the highest level of resolution. Its biggest drawback is a treble that's too conservative for some listeners, slightly limiting the sense of spaciousness and micro-detail. In return, it offers virtually fatigue free listening and enormous versatility.

Personally, I think it's a great all-rounder and one of those IEMs that quickly wins you over; you don't need much time to understand its concept and enjoy it.

Polished, Professional, and Provocative!

Pros: Premium metal shells
Very good accessories
Deep and punchy bass
Smooth treble that still has bite
Organic, rich tonality
Cons: Might be too much mid-bass for some genres [subjective]
Might be too safe in the treble air [subjective]
Cable is rather thin and the color match isn't perfect

The Odyssey 2 is a stellar example of how to maximize sonic pleasure with a few quality drivers. I was surprised by this set, as it was much more pleasing than I had anticipated. While the newer offering from the company, Arete 2, is more my tuning preference, the Odyssey 2 should not be underestimated. It’s polished, professional, and provocative, and made with premium materials. It’s a safe purchase for most listening preferences because it’s both impressive and tuned with care. I highly recommend it! 94/100.

For any phonograms

These IEMs have a perfectly tuned frequency response according to the Harman 2019 target. This means their sound will appeal to the vast majority of people. The housing fits comfortably in the ears. The housing is lightweight and metal, which makes the first few seconds feel cool. It's a bit thick and protrudes from the auricle. The IEMs have good passive sound isolation. They are suitable as monitors for stage performers, such as singers and instrumentalists. The cord is comfortable, not thick, and has a universal 3.5/4.4 mm connector. The only drawback is that I couldn't find the ear tips included in the basic package that fit my ear properly, likely due to the slightly short nozzle. However, I found ear tips from another manufacturer.
Overall, I liked the IEMs. Top marks.
