Many thanks to everyone for joining the Linsoul June Deal Event!


The event has officially ended last week. All gift cards and refunds have been done, and a notification email has been sent to you. If you won the raffle but couldn't find the email (sometimes it may be filtered out as spam), just shout out at us. We will always be here to help. 


Most of the orders will be shipped out at the earliest (except for the customized products). Nevertheless, some unexpected reasons may make the shipping process out of our control. These days, many countries still have strict limitations on international flights putting a heavy burden on the air cargo. In addition, countries' customs have to take much more time to scrutinize imported commodities to make sure they are clean and safe. Sometimes local logistics may be short-handed as staffs have to take rotating shifts or work remotely. Reasons like these are why couriers may require a bit longer to deliver your purchase to your doorstep. 


Recently, almost each brand message includes a line about "the difficult times" we've found ourselves in, and ours are not an exception. The pandemic which threatens unknown and ubiquitous life everyday, global economic recession, ongoing unnoticed wars and discrimination… Even only witnessing all these at once is overwhelming. 


However, we are so grateful that we have each of you staying strong along our side. We have been going so far together and it will be our pleasure to keep going further in the future. We appreciate all your support and love, and strongly believe we can make this through as long as we are together.
