Updates: Linsoul Summer Sales Event

Dear Linsoul Families,

 Our Summer Sales Event has officially ended. Hope you had a fun time shopping with Linsoul! We have already sent out all the gift cards and notification about it. We have also contacted the winners of the Raffle via e-mail, so kindly check your inbox (and spam mail just in case). Our team is already processing and shipping out most of the orders (except for customized items), and we are doing so as quickly as possible after Quality Control. That being said, the duration taken for the products to be delivered varies from country to country and is also dependent on the shipment method. Given that the pandemic is still ongoing, many countries still have strict limitations on international flights. Moreover, certain countries might take a longer time for customs clearance before the items could be delivered safely. Other possible reasons for delayed delivery include sudden natural disasters, local logistics issues such a shortage of staff, as employees might have to work remotely or/and in shifts, and many more.
