Black Red carbon
I'm really impressed with the sound from these. I've already owned a couple of other planar IEM variants at around a similar price and these are definitely the best sounding overall to my ears so far. Another thing I like is the cable with changeable plugs which means it's easy to swap between using single ended on my phone or balanced on my protable amp unit. I would definitely recommend these if you are looking to try planar at this price point and time of review.
For $20 you are getting a solid set with good tuning, multiple tips, and a comfortable fit. Is it worth it?
It was for me.
Moondrop Aria Snow Edition
I will say that they are well made and shipped with good accessories.
But the boost to the treble makes everything unbearable to listen to. This includes movies and TV, as well as any of the music in my library.
In theory you can fix it with EQ, but I'm wouldn't recommend a product that needs to be fixed.
it's really good.
For about $20 the comfort and the sound are literally beyond description
Cant beat the value for 20 dollars with free shipping. Great earbuds.
cant go wrong with these for 50 dollars I performs exactly as I hoped it would be
I kind of wish that I could give a rating of 4 1/2 stars because while I have some nitpicks, they aren't enough to warrant a demotion to 4 stars.
To start with, my first impressions of the fit was that it was slightly uncomfortable to wear, but this mostly resolved itself after I fitted the tallest yellow eartips and then spent some time breaking them in.
I also initially heard a slight rattle at certain frequencies but that too went away after some use.
As for more lasting quibbles I personally found the sound signature to be a hair bright for my liking but the sound is otherwise excellent and it may just be that I am somewhat used to slightly dark audio.
Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a pair of earbuds at this price.
Great construction, love the metal housing. It has very clear trebles and smooth bass. One of my favorite items to date
