Fantastic sound and relaxing.

I have had these headphones for a few months now and they keep surprising me. This is one of several headphones, TWS buds and IEM sets I have, yet each time I get back to these headphones the sound is uniquely musical.

Regardless of price these are very very good headphones and more satisfying when you you stop to think how little you pay for them. I put the brilliant sound down to the byrilium coating.

The low end seems to draw out bass and sub bass from the most brightly tuned amp/dac (if bass is present in the recording) which other headphones would suppress and simply fail to register.

Mids are expressed quite clearly without voices being "shouty".

Treble, again is very well expressed without being overdone.

Overall, these headphones pick out details and present those details with it's one accent, again I put that down to the byrilium coating. The tone for is just so musical as opposed to analytical, making it sound so relaxing. My Blon B20 are great but they are so detailed that every note seems to demand my attention. I do still like the B20 for the right moment but these B8 relax me.

In my view the only downside is that the fact that they are closed and the pads are leather or faux leather, again unlike the Blon B20 which have comfortable fabric pads, makes them sweaty and uncomfortable after about two hours listening. Time to find suitable fabric pads.

They are worth every penny.

Most of the items you see are in stock and ready to be shipped after 3 working days. If you plan to order a custom (Design or Fit) product, a pre-order, or a made to order item processing times may change on item to item basis.

Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping options - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping via DHL Express.

  • Standard Shipping is free, while Express Shipping is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, Express Shipping is free.
  • Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

Customized items will take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information).

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.

For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

Which countries do you ship to?

1. Kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number. We will not process a refund or reshipment of the parcel since it has been shipped.

2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:

  • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipientRecipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
  • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
  • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
  • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any.
