DLC Diaphragm Dynamic Driver

The latest FD3 series of IEMs boasts a large 12mm dynamic driver unit with full-DLC diaphragm material. DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon) is a highly rigid material that also has an extremely lightweight structure that reduces unnecessary vibrations and makes the driver more responsive and clean sounding. It uses strong magnets that produce a strong magnetic flux of up to 1.5T. This helps in a deep-diving lower end and a highly detailed, ultra-low distortion in the high-end frequencies.

Featured Acoustic Prism In The Front Cavity

FiiO FD3 features an acoustic prism in the front cavity. It is fitted close to the front end of the cavity. This helps in precisely controlling the sound waves travel inside the cavity, reducing high-frequency response, and provides an overall sound wave diffusion. It also helps in reducing the distortion in the output and enables the pair to produce a clean output.

Better Sound With Semi-open Design

The semi-open design of the FD3/FD3 Pro on FiiO's patented technology for balanced air pressure within brings several advantages. Not only does such a design lead to more natural sound. but it also effectively protects your hearing by balancing air pressure within the FD3/FD3 Pro leading to less pressure on your eardrums. This makes your listening expenenceless tiring and the sound less forced.

Premium Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Build

The FD3/FD3 Pro has a simple, yet beautiful appearance based on the theme of curves. The unique celluloid panel is covered with Z5D film coating glass for a pure yet fresh transparent look And the aluminum- magnesium alloy of the body makes the FD3/FD3 Pro exceptionally light, making it easier and more pleasurable to carry around.The aluminum-magnesium alloy main body is made man industrial process combining five-axis CNC processing and hand polishing.

Swappable Tunning Nozzles

FiiO implemented the replaceable tuning nozzle in the flagship FD5 that is being followed here by the FD3 and FD3 Pro too. They both come with two sets of tuning nozzles, one with a thin diameter of the mouth and the other with a wide diameter mouth. The thin diameter nozzle benefits the lower end while the wide diameter nozzle benefits the high frequencies with the FD3 series.

Difference Between FD3 & FD3 Pro

While both the FD3 and FD3 Pro have the same cavity design and structure, the only difference between both pairs is the included cable. FD3 comes bundled with a 4-strand 120-core high-purity single-crystal copper cable with a fixed 3.5mm termination plug. FiiO FD3 Pro comes with a heavier, 8-strand 152-core Litz structure silver-plated monocrystalline copper cable with interchangeable termination plugs. It included 3.5mm SE, 2.5mm Bal, and 4.4mm Bal plugs in the package.

Most of the items you see are in stock and ready to be shipped after 3 working days. If you plan to order a custom (Design or Fit) product, a pre-order, or a made to order item processing times may change on item to item basis.

Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping options - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping via DHL Express.

  • Standard Shipping is free, while Express Shipping is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, Express Shipping is free.
  • Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

Customized items will take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information).

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.

For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

Which countries do you ship to?

1. Kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number. We will not process a refund or reshipment of the parcel since it has been shipped.

2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:

  • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipientRecipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
  • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
  • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
  • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any.
