Screen came off and just shows noise at 8 months old
Poor quality screen manufacture
Not worth the > $ AUD
Unreliable support from Australia (parcel cost me $20 AUD to send back for repair, Australia Post confirmed arrived in China... then... lost in China)

great sound, great output volume, confusing iu, i remove 2 stars because if the EQ, what's the point to have an eq that is like a Samsung phone, you want bass, you add and then the volume goes down. look at the payers from sony, the eq never affects the volume, eq that affects the volume like this, are terrible, i don't understand it, even on google play store you can find better eq, changes the volume by 5 dB, plain stupid, for that reason is a no for me.
Bought this unit to use it to play music from my DLNA enabled LAN hard drive and after email exchange with hiby discovered it is not possible , DLNA is in renderer mode only ... :(
Protection Cover and manual was missing in the box.
Interface is very buggy even with last update.
The build is very nice , screen is ok. Sounds is on par with BTR5 on single end , it has a lot of power for iems , didn't tried it with headphones. T9 style keyboard is messy and hard to use. Not a bad device but a bit deceiving .
