Hidizs has released their latest dual-driver hybrid pair of IEM's from the highly acclaimed "Mermaid" series, the Hidizs Mermaid MS2.Enjoy a lively, energetic sound output with high-resolution clarity and detailing with a premium dual-driver hybrid configuration(1BA+1DD).

Custom-Tuned Dynamic Driver Unit

Hidizs has equipped the MS2 with a custom-tuned dynamic driver unit with a large 10.2mm diaphragm. It produces a well-extended deep punchy lower end with rich clarity and texture. It also produces engaging, transparent mid-frequencies with lovely vocal clarity.

Premium Knowles Balanced Armature Unit

A premium Knowles 33518 BA unit produces clean & lively treble frequency response with good detail retrieval. It produces a well-extended treble response without any sibilance or harshness in the output. It helps the pair achieve prominent resolution and extensions.

Premium AVX Tantalum Capacitors & Audiophile-Grade High-Quality Cable

To present a smooth high-resolution noise-free sound output, Hidizs has equipped the MS2 with professionally designed inner circuitry. It features premium AVX Tantalum Capacitors for an enhanced sound experience. A premium Quad-core mixed braiding cable is bundled with the Hidizs MS2 to bring out the true potential of the pair. It is nicely braided by 2-cores of 60 high-purity silver wires mixed with 2-cores of high-purity oxygen-free copper wires.

Premium Eartips & Custom Carry Case

The Hidizs Mermaid MS2 comes bundled with Six pairs of high-quality silicone ear tips. It also features a strong and sturdy metallic earphone carry case that provides superb protection to your pair.

NEW ORDER

If everything goes right our system will automatically generate your order and send you a confirmation email. If you don't receive the confirmation email please double-check that it wasn't automatically stored in your spam or promotions folder.

3 Working Days*

Most of the items you see are in stock and ready to be shipped after 3 working days. If you plan to order a custom (Design or Fit) product, a pre-order, or a made to order item processing times may change on item to item basis.

Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping options - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping via DHL Express.

  • Standard Shipping is free, while Express Shipping is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, Express Shipping is free.
  • Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

Customized items will take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information).

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.

For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

Which countries do you ship to?

1. Kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number. We will not process a refund or reshipment of the parcel since it has been shipped.

2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:

  • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipientRecipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
  • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
  • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
  • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any.

Do I get tracking details for my order?

After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
