I have always liked kinera product and have purchased many. Their build quality and customer service is not acceptable. I say Kinera as it is their build quality, the customer service issue belongs to Linsoul. My Freya were defective when received. Upon receipt one earpiece was defective (this is the third kinera issue for me I have a set of Nanna ii that rattle). The ear piece issue is intermittent, sometimes its their sometimes its fine. The issue is really linsoul wants a video of the defect. This should not be on the customer to produce period. Trying to resolve the issue I did finally manage the video (because it's intermittent everytime you setup to shoot the video the Dam thing starts to work.) After a month I finally shoot the video only to be told sure its defective you can pay to ship it back! I am out of pocket linsoul is completely uncooperative and I must go to Visa to recover my money, why. Buy your products elsewhere, with a company that is honorable.
