As an upgraded version of KZ ZS10, the Pro features self-customized balanced armatures which includes two 30095 drivers for high frequency, two 50060 drivers for mid frequency. With this configuration, the sound is transient, dynamic and bright in all respects. While maintaining the previous performance, the high frequency of this model is extended to beyond 40kHz. It also adopts the second generation Tesla double magnetic dynamic unit.
The faceplate is made of 304 stainless steel while the cavity is made from imported resin. The two different material not only presents an elegant look and shimmer but also be practical and durable. The detachable gold-plated 2 pin cable offers fully upgradability and the limit slot protection design greatly avoids the pin from breaking and prolongs the service life of the interface.
The PCB board is added to give full play of all the drivers, displaying a smooth, sensible, detailed music experience. The ZS10 Pro overall has dynamic low frequency and bright resolution. It fully reflects the cohesion of balanced armatures.
The cavity is made based on large data of cochlea. It’s scientifically molded to fit the ear like an customized earbuds. Even with vigorous exercise, it will still securely fit in the ear. Comfortable for long time wearing as well. Because of the special design, it can effectively isolate the noise to 26dB to offer a better experience while enjoying the music.

I bought these to use on PC (Win 10 Pro). As sound monitors, they're really good. As a microphone, not so much; almost non-existent. Whether I use a dual 3.5mm splitter, or a USB dongle, the mic is all but worthless. That is a shame, because using them on the PC was my main goal, and it's proved worthless, unfortunately.
They're nice, but they'll go in a drawer now, as I have an iPhoneXR, so I'll not use them with it, either.

Great and clear sound, amazing value too
For a budget friendly IEM it's actually really good, it so far beats any other earphones. Although the comfort doesn't fit my ear too well but you can just get some different cables.
Just got these today. Shipping was like 22 days to Hungary so it was quite fast. Shure SE425 Sound with an elevated bass response. I mean, these are mind blowing for the price. My SE425 costed 7x of the ZS10 Pro's price. I would really recommend them.
the KZ ZS10 Pro has astounded me. I was expecting them to be good but they really suprised me! I usually buy sennheiser earphones, had the momentum and the mm80 but the ZS10pro are noticibly better at a fraction of the price. the audio is crisp and clear on all the range, the stereo image is great, almost 3d like, the bass intense but not overpowering and they are quite loud too. i might even compare them to my great sennheiser HD25! One of my favorite purchases ever and highly recommended
Much better than (and much different from) the original ZS 10! The sound is slightly V-shaped but also nicely balanced, clear, and the detail resolution is excellent. The highs are controlled and aren't very bright (most KZ IEMs I am familiar with have very bright highs). I own many IEMs and the ZS 10 Pro are contenders for a top three spot. They certainly hold their own when compared with other balanced-leaning IEMs like the pricier Tin HiFi T3. This is the first KZ IEM that I really enjoy.

1. Kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number. We will not process a refund or reshipment of the parcel since it has been shipped.

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
