The S5 utilizes 5 balanced armature drivers, with two low-frequency units, one mid-frequency unit, and two high-frequency units integrated in a three-way crossover system. As a model placed in the middle of our S-series lineup, we designed the S5 to deliver a balanced and flexible tuning that can meet the needs of a wide audience. In the bass, we focused on quality, rather than quantity. Our crossover integration and tuning procedure emphasizes the resolution, speed, and imaging of the low-frequency to set the cornerstone for the rest of the frequencies. This was critical, as we wanted the mid-frequencies to shine. In essence, the S5 is a vocal-lover’s dream. We set the filter band fairly wide in the midrange to maximize every detail of vocals. We elevated the midline just slightly above a neutral tuning in order to give warmth without compromising on the overall tuning. We believe this makes the S5 versatile as both a perfect vocalist’s performance monitor, as well as for the music-loving audiophile. The design for the high-frequency range came to accommodate the comfort of long listening sessions. Imagined as a stage monitoring device, we had to maintain the high level of detail and airy atmosphere in the S5, but also make it suitable for long performances. We analyzed the frequency points that cause the most fatigue, and have accurately tuned these areas to provide the best listening experience, without cutting back on the details. The S5 boasts a wide soundstage and a natural balanced tuning that highlights its high-resolution and imaging capabilities. Hence, we recommend the S5 for all musicians and studio professionals. As an added bonus, we have newly integrated a tuning switch into our crossover system to allow users to switch between a more professional sound, and a musical sound.

The slightly elongated stem, and the curvature of the body is perfect for the ideal seal and comfortable fit in your ears.
We include a high-quality, handmade acoustic cable for our upper level S-series models. The cable is designed for stage musicians to be lightweight, flexible, and enhance the airy atmosphere of our in ear monitors. The detachable 2-pin design is also compatible with other customized audio cables to fit your needs.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.
All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD
We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances
1. Kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number. We will not process a refund or reshipment of the parcel since it has been shipped.
2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
For faulty/missing items, please send an email to email@example.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any.
