Connection Steps.First, contect the earphone and Sonata HD PRO.Secondly, connect to smart mobile phone or computer.
1. Sonata HD PRO (Android version) can be compatible with most of the Android phones which has TYPE C interface on the market. Please make sure that you have turned the “ OTG function" and “ USB debugging mode” on of your android phone.Please find these two switches under “developer options” on your phone first. If you have done the first 2 tips and it still doesn't work, please try to download professional music app, such as poweramp, hiby music and so on.
2. Sonata HD PRO (Android version) is a plug-and-play device on the Apple computer system, please select it as the default audio output device in the "MIDI device" after connecting the product. (In this case, does not support DSD music, supports PCM music)
3. Sonata HD PRO (Android version) can work directly on windows system which is latter than WINDOWS 10 (version 1703) without installing any USB audio driver. But if your opertating system us Windows 7 or Windows 8, you have to install our professional USB audio driver to enjoy music, especial DSD music. (It is strongly recommended that you install our ASIO driver to feel every detail of the music )

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping via DHL Express is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*For some countries, DHL Express is only free for orders above $239USD. Large items such as headphones (e.g. HarmonicDyne Zeus, Gold Planar GL2000, and etc.) are exceptions as well.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
