The Legend Returns

Following the wildly successful T2 and T2 Pro predecessors, TinHiFi has developed the brand new 2020 T2 Plus - the final iteration of the T2 lineup. TinHiFi has taken the tuning techniques utilized in the famous P1 and T4 models to redefine a newHiFi sound for the T2 series. Combined with an upgraded 10mm NanoPure nickel-zinc alloy dynamic driver and a high quality matte aluminum housing, the T2 Plus is ready to deliver a high performance reference monitor playback unheard of for its price range.

The T2 Plus is the ideal tuning for all performing musicians and sound engineers who require uncompromising reference feedback with precise imaging and accurate tonal response. Audiophiles will also benefit from the natural sound that permits recordings to be played back as they were meant to be heard.

Natural Studio Tuning

The T2 Plus has been tuned to refine the sound characteristics of its predecessors. The high frequencies have been meticulously smoothed to produce an enjoyable and even treble response while maintaining accurate detail retrieval. The new driver membrane material allows a much quicker and dynamic reflex, extending the treble past 20kHz to give a more life-like atmosphere and effortless treble reach. The fast response of the driver also enhances the transient speeds, bringing to life a crisp and realistic sound with high definition

Elevated Three Frequency

Using our experience from the P1, we have been able to create an incredibly linear mid-frequency range that is essential for a neutral studio replay. The ruler-flat mid range allows every instrument to be heard exactly equal to each other, allowing the studio engineer to perfectly mix each instrument, as well as the audiophile to experience the music exactly as it was recorded. The bass region has also been tuned to allow every instrument and voice to shine without hindrance. Due to the new NanoPure driver, the speed and impact of the bass is maintained. Unlike other earphones where the bass is rolled off as early as 50Hz, the T2 Plus extends its linear bass response even below 10Hz to pump out a textured and deep kick

Aviation-Grade Housing.

The T2 Plus is manufactured using the same aluminum alloy used on commercial airliners. Precision five-axis CNC machinery allows nanometer accuracy for a refined touch and look. The driver chamber can also be carved out without any unit variance to insure quality control across the entire lineup. The T2 Plus casing was redesigned to maximize ergonomics and comfort for long performance and listening sessions. The curvature and longer bore was also designed to give a deeper fit that effectively produces up to 32dB of sound isolation.

Premium Silver-Plated Cable

The T2 Plus is matched with an upgraded 4-core silver-plated enameled 22AWG copper cable. Each strand of the cable is wrapped in 200D Kevlar before braiding to reduce microphonic noises, increase cable durability, and provide a super soft and flexible wearing comfort. The T2 Plus comes standard with a gold-plated detachable MMCX connector and 3.5mm headphone jack

Damn good IEMS.

As someone coming from SHP9500s, (a pretty well balanced, "flat" sound headphone, these sound like those in IEM form. Really flat sound response, but not boring either. My only complaint was that these along with every other IEM i've tried (looking at you ADV. Audio NSMO 3Ds), have the issue that the speaker grilles comes off too easily when cleaning, and often can't be re-stuck on. Also, if you have particularly "wet" ears, these things will clog like a MF. When clogged, audio is often unbalanced from ear to ear and/or muffled sounding. After a thorough cleaning though, they return to normal. Price was really good. They're also really sexy looking, I'm sure gigachad Mac enjoyers would find these to look delightful and match their aluminum bricks perfectly. Anyways, came here from crinacle's channel. TL:DR Not disappointed, look great, sound great, MAC 🧱 GIGACHAD, fix your speaker grilles please, have a good day.

Tin T2 Plus

Used with Spinfits. Fit is good, great seal. Sound is very balanced with neutral signature. Remarkable detail with airy treble. Midrange sounds great, with a hint of warmth. Some will want more bass but the bass is balanced with a touch of extra quantity from neutral. I have lots of very expensive headphones and IEM's, and the Tin T2 Plus are still very enjoyable.

Good spare in the drawer

Pleasant tuning but somewhat missing in mids leading to the occasional, random bass slam and treble air. This is exacerbated by poor fitting (not deep enough and stock earbuds are small). Also, it can be clappy at times (somewhat good for songs with strong snare drum beats).

Well-built. No case.

Overall getting the tuning right with pleasant pricing but poor technicalities. Not recommended for an audiophile because of the latter, not recommended for non-audiophile due to its, kind of, neutral sounds signature. Good spare for an audiophile's drawer. I'd recommend saving up a bit more to get the love out of your sounds.

Wow

I just started in this hobby and now have five highly reviewed IEM's (Shure SE215, Blon-03, Thie Legend 2, KZ Z4 and Tin P1) and the T2 Plus is my favorite to date. I love the bass extension and I'm not a bass head and there is a nice sparkle to the high end that makes this the most enjoyable set I own. Buy it! You won't be disappointed

Decent Sound, Lackluster Build Quality

The headphones sounded pretty good for the price; the treble was clear and the bass wasn't overpowering. After over a month of using it, the right side was much quieter than the left side, which was pretty concerning since I didn't have them for a long time. I would give this product five stars if it had better build quality. Unfortunately, these IEMs are not built to last.

Tinhifi t2 plus review

They’re great, really good quality sound when connected to a source. Very clear and stable. Love them.

everything but rock

These have a great build and fit. Super comfortable. Voices sound good, strong but not overdone bass.
However the V-shaped sound signature is serious if you like music with guitars and horns: soul, classic rock, etc.
They are pushed way back in the mix. You won't notice for current pop, hip-hop, EDM--but if you grew up in the 1960s or 1970s these just won't work for you.

Quality is so bad, I'm assuming I have a defective pair

I think my tins are defective. Even after attempting to design an equalizer profile to 'salvage' these buds, the quality is significantly worse than a 10$ pair at my local gas station. I gave up and spent another 20$ on some old apple wired headphones..

Excellent sound and quality for the money

Both sound and build are of great quality. Sturdy and comfortable with good connectors that sit firmly. The sound is amazing for the price. Very detailed and good soundscape. Moved to these from 1More triple driver headphones that are double the price. These sound alot more open and detailed. I think they sound balanced and neutral overall. I noticed new sounds in some songs I've never picked up before thanks to t2 plus!
