We would like to provide an update on our shipping matters. In our previous announcement, we stated that Shenzhen, our city, had updated the Covid-19 guidelines (click here to read in detail).
Recently, due to our latest Covid Lockdown, shipments have been and will be delayed.
While we are still able to ship out our orders while adhering to the guidelines, our processing and shipping time needed would be longer than usual for in-stock orders. Some orders may have already been shipped out but may take a while for the courier companies to update the tracking links.
Please be assured that our whole team is doing our best to handle the orders as quickly as possible.
