Tripowin is a new creative brand in HiFi industry but it has accelerated years of experience in earphone accessories and earphones. Based on previous testing on the cables, we finally decided to adopt this silver copper coil coated braided cable. The technique is unique because the tinsel wire is manufactured by wrapping several strands of thin copper or copper foil around a textile core such as Kevlar. Because the conductor is very thin, its is extremely flexible.

Improvement on Sound Quality

High quality cable

Not bad, but metals have oxidized....

The cable works, it's fairly soft and comfortable. You will not get any improvement in sound quality, it's a cable, nothing more. I've apparently had the cable for about 3 months now and the metals have started to oxidize. The silver plated braids are turning a bright aqua blue and the copper is darkening. It's started from the IEM end and moving down to the jack slowly. I have no idea how long the cable will actually last. Poor quality, I'd say stay away.

Great cable/mic combo, but with an issue

The cable is built really nice and the microphone is of a high quality with some magical noice cancelling (shoutout to the engineers), which actually works better than expected! The sound from this cable is pristine.
Here's the BUT and the reason for voting 4* instead of 5: sometimes, there is some static noise when in a call and in order to get rid of it, the cable must be jiggled a bit. Seems like a defective unit, but shipping it back for a warranty claim is not worth it price wise.

Great high quality cable

This was my 3rd cable purchased, love the look and feel on my IEM's.

Great cable, high quality materials used feel soft to the touch yet sturdy.

If you choose the mic version it works and feels great but it's a little big. The mic quality is more than fine for the price. It's the only high quality cable I've found that has an option for mic with volume controls.

The cable is a bit heavy but you get used to it and it's quite comfortable afterwards.

It doesn't improve sound quality but then again I don't believe any cable does.

Great cable, perhaps better than iBasso IT01's cable..

Great comfy fit, good MMCX connections, lovely design and top quality construction. Plus a sound improvement.... (may be not due to cable itself).

Got a 2.5 jack version to take advantage of my Cayin N5ii's balanced output / amp for first time with iBasso IT01 IEM's - big improvement in sound vs stock 3.5 cable of IT01 which is a fantastic cable in itself, praised by everyone. It maybe just the balanced output is a lot better on the Cayin, but definitely not placebo effect - the sound I am now hearing is noticeably better than it was. Great cable.

Only downside was the reasonably long delivery time - my order seemed to be held up in a distribution warehouse for several days in China. But no big deal.

Most of the items you see are in stock and ready to be shipped after 3 working days. If you plan to order a custom (Design or Fit) product, a pre-order, or a made to order item processing times may change on item to item basis.

Standard Shipping
15 to 30 Days.

Standard shipping is offered free worldwide for orders under $199 USD (with some exceptions), but please consider that delivery times may vary considerably depending on your country, up to 90 Days.

Express Shipping
3-6 Working Days.

All items over $200 include free express shipping (DHL or similar). If your order total is under $200 you can manually add Express Shipping during the checkout period for $15.00 USD

Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.

*Note: We can only do Standard Shipping for the UK, India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?

We have two shipping options - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping via DHL Express.

  • Standard Shipping is free, while Express Shipping is 10-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200USD, Express Shipping is free.
  • Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for any form of such fees.

How long does it take to process my order after it is placed?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

Customized items will take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information).

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:

For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs. The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.

For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

*Note: Timings might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances

Which countries do you ship to?

1. Kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number. We will not process a refund or reshipment of the parcel since it has been shipped.

2. Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:

  • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipientRecipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
  • Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
  • Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
  • Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
  • Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient

Who will pay for my import tax/custom fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@linsoul.com to process warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title. Kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as “proof”, if any.
