First of all I have no complaints about the sound quality of these earhooks if you can actually get them to work. Unfortunately, due to the poorly designed case and below average Bluetooth performance, using this device is a headache. The cutout to guide the ear hooks onto the charging pins is too wide and allows the ear hooks to wiggle. This results in any slight movement to the case causing them to wiggle out of place and stop charging.
Next you need to consider the case. Not only is it not very nice to look at (subjective) it's also too large to fit into your pocket and is not really portable in any convenient sense. The zipper is also a really poor design choice due to the previously mentioned ear hook wiggle. Unless you gingerly close the case you are bound to dislocate the ear hooks from the charging pins.
The Bluetooth experience isn't much to write home about either. I don't have enough time with the device yet to comment on battery life yet, but the connection will cut out much sooner than other ear hook adapters I've used in the past. After about 20 feet and 1 wall between you and your device will cause these ear hooks to start dropping connection. In general, the range and connection convenience has felt noticabley worse than my fiio utws5 but that is just my experience so far.
I've also experienced a similar issue I've had with the fiio ear hooks in the past. One side of the ear hooks will randomly stop pairing with my device and I have to play the game of resetting them in my Bluetooth settings and repairing multiple times to get them both to connect.
I'd say wait for more reviews before you buy this product or just look elsewhere.
