10mm Dynamic Driver+4 Custom Balanced Armatures
With the upgraded 10mm dynamic driver, the ZS10 PRO X increases sensitivity of 1KHz compared to the previous model. Budget IEMs praised for excellent sound quality at their price point. Customers said they deliver clear, detailed audio with impactful bass and good separation. The perfect upgrade for this iem's is to find better cable and to buy one DAC. And without them they do their job very well but... I've been using them for at least 6 months+ and they rock really well. I use them in for gaming and i think is one of the best (on budget) And they deserve a place in top 5 for gaming. I also use them to listen to music and to make it. It's just that this part feels like they're missing something.

Ofrecen sin duda una claridad muy notoria respecto a otros audifonos en el tema de detectar pasos, arrastres, lutéo, recarga de arma etc... Esto se traduce en una experiencia de juego increible, y esto puede determinar un plus sobre tu enemigo.
Buena ergonomia, comodos en el oido, bastante recomendados ya que les acompañan una gran relación calidad/precio.
Por contra, con el cable que trae microfono (Tripowin zonie) y el incluido, si que he tenido muy mala experiencia, horrible.
Aunque estoy a la espera de que me manden un reemplazo del mismo y así comprobar si solo fué mala suerte que me tocase un cable con microfono defectuosos o por el contrario, deben poner empeño en mejorar la calidad de el microfono, que es un elemento importante en gamer.
My thoughts was to buy this so it can block more sound. I didn't have high expectations so I'm not disappointed. I don't feel like it has good sound quality for music compared to Sony or Samsung earbuds. The only thing that I don't like is it makes a hissing sound for 2 seconds when it gets quite when pausing the sound/music. Otherwise it's alright
Hoy te enseño un par de auriculares alcuanto peculiares, estamos hablando de los KZ ZS10 PRO X, unos IEMs compuesto por 5 drivers. Estos auriculares son baratos (35€ más o menos) pero no son para todos. Tienen una buena espacialidad y son muy precisos pero dependiendo del utilizo que quieres darle, podrían ser fántasticos o horribles y en este video podrás descubrir si son para ti o no.
Para el gaming si que son espetaculares y te los aconsejo.

I buy Kz zs10 pro x, the sound its good but the cable have problems, in the conection with in ear go oxidate, fica the cable have mic mic have a bad quality and Will stop working. So the cable you Will need buy other one our buy other in ear.
I am developer and I am using this in-ears to works, great lows and highs, crossing mids… I spent 34$ and are better than my old Bose`s and Shure`s.

I've been in the iem hobby for several years, and so far have, somehow, not tried a single KZ iem, until now. And I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. This iem is impressive for a number of reasons. Firstly, it is a hybrid set combining balanced armatures, and a dynamic driver, but this set has no obvious crossover at all. It is an extremely coherent blending of the drivers. Another impressive quality is that the BA drivers don't have any of the normal metallic tone that BAs sometimes exhibit. So what KZ has put out here is a very musical set that shows off some very nuanced driver implementation.
This set is tuned well for long listening sessions. The sound is smooth, engaging, and more detailed than I expected. It is a v-shaped tuning, though it is tilted towards the bassier side of the spectrum, so the upper mids and treble stay relatively tame, which goes a long way in making this an exceptionally comfortable set. Furthermore, it does not seem to lose much for a set that has reduced highs. The Treble still has good extension and sparkle, and the upper mids still have enough energy to keep you engaged. I would describe The ZS10 Pro X as an intentionally inoffensive set, with some pretty impressive technicalities.
The lowend on this set is elevated, but tasteful. Bass never feels like it’s flooding the sound field, but it is raised enough to give a little more presence and weight to instruments. The subbass has great extension, and does a great job of subtly coloring non-bass notes with an almost imperceivable rumble. This has the effect of making the overall tone seem grounded and solid. The midbass has less emphasis than the sub bass, but it’s still capable of delivering solid chunky basslines and kicks. The midbass is not all that snappy but has great synergy with the subbass, making for an authoritative lowend that’s capable of carrying the track without stealing the show.
You definitely can hear the dip in the mids, and that might not be to everyone’s liking. I personally don't mind it, and I'd even say I prefer it to the alternative of having the upper mids be a source of discomfort. Tonally, there is a bit of veil because of this dip, and this set misses out on a sense of clarity that you often get from BA sets. But you also aren't getting any harsh tonality that BA are known for. Another benefit of these mids is that they leave room for the bass to step up a little without creating mudiness. So these mids have some trade offs, but they do feel intentional and I appreciate the choices KZ made in creating this set to be comfort-forward.
The treble fades into the background on this set, which is really a best case scenario, because if you're too aware of the treble, it's probably a disruption to your listening experience. The treble is tuned here to be out of the way, but adding a beautiful shine to the entire sound. The treble level is well suited for long comfortable sessions but without giving up on detail. This set does have a lot to offer in the sparkly and detailed tones and even a surprisingly good extension into the air region, again, without over-emphasis. High percussion trails sound exceptionally accurate on the zs10 pro x.
The overall detail of this set is rather good. And it's a very natural sounding detail because it’s produced without relying on treble volume, so the more you listen, the more the zs10 pro x reveals its details. The detail won't impress the way a planar set will, but the zs10 pro x provides enough detail to provide a very natural tone.
The soundstage is also surprisingly good on this set, as it has a rather round immersive shape, which makes the sound of the zs10pro x rather immersive and musical. It's not a huge soundfield, but it does feel like sounds are coming from outside of your head, from side-to-side, front-back and even above. The imaging within that field is equally impressive, giving a very realistic sense of placement as sound is moving all around you.
This set is a fantastic all-around enjoyable set which is sure to please pretty much anyone who tries it. It is just so effortlessly engaging and inoffensive. This set is an amazing every-day carry earphone. But the one downside is that I think it sounds the best with foam tips, which are not included. But if you can spend another few bucks to improve this set, it is well worth it, to make this set a top budget rec for 2022.

We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".

How much does shipping cost?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping is 15-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 270USD, Express Shipping is free*.
*This applies for most countries. However, large items such as headphones and desktop DAC/AMPs (e.g. HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, and etc.) are excluded.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for thetwo-way freightcharges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.

How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?
First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
- Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
- Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
- Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
- Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
- Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient

Who will pay for the import tax/custom fees
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
For more than 1 orders placed under the same account and shipping address, Linsoul will automatically combine the orders and ship them out via one tracking number. Should you have special requests to have the orders shipped separately, please kindly contact us via Discord or our website's chat. We will do our best to help.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and modified.

Can I return an opened item?

Where should I send the product for the return process?
To initiate the return shipment, kindly send an email to support@Linsoul.com within 30 days upon receiving the sealed product(s). The RMA form and details will be provided to you via email.
When must the product be returned after receiving the RMA form and details?
After receiving the return instructions from us via email, kindly arrange the return shipment of the parcel within 5 working days, and update us with the tracking link via email again. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the return process.
When will I receive my refund after returning the product?
In most cases, after receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds may incur a currency exchange loss or transaction fee, depending on your source of payment (e.g. Bank or PayPal). Linsoul will not be responsible for such fees.
What warranty applies?
Most products come with a 1-year warranty; cables and accessories have shorter or separate terms.
