Enhanced Sound with New-Generation Dynamic Driver
Moondrop has revamped the driver used in the original Chu IEMs, equipping the Chu II with a high-quality aluminum-magnesium alloy composite diaphragm dome and ultra-thin CCAW voice coil. This combination, along with the diaphragm's high rigidity and lightweight nature, delivers improved treble extensions and punchier bass response. The Chu II sets a new standard as the first budget IEM to incorporate an AL-Mg alloy composite diaphragm.
Anti-Oxidation Alloy Casted Shells
The Chu II retains the stylish design of its predecessor, featuring ear shells manufactured using Moondrop's advanced alloy casting technology. This manufacturing process ensures a robust and solid build structure with a refined textured finish. Additionally, the ergonomic shape of the ear shells guarantees a comfortable and secure fit, enhancing the overall listening experience.
CNC Machined Brass Acoustic Nozzle with Replaceable Mouth
The Chu II boasts a CNC machined brass acoustic nozzle, contributing to highly precise sound reproduction with a beautiful and rich tone. What's more, the filter at the mouth of the nozzle is replaceable, allowing users to easily swap it out if it gets damaged or blocked, ensuring uninterrupted audio performance.
Professional Tuning Adjustment
The Moondrop Chu II is meticulously tuned by experienced acoustic engineers and audiophiles with extensive knowledge and experience in the audio industry. It follows the VDSF target response, just like the OG model, but with the inclusion of a newer and higher-quality dome diaphragm, resulting in refined and richer sound reproduction compared to its predecessor.

The Moondrop Chu 2 is a well-executed upgrade to its predecessor, offering refined build quality, detachable cables, and a balanced sound profile characterized by clear mids, controlled treble, and subtly present bass. The value of the cable alone is worth more than the whole price of the IEM. As far as soft, lightweight straight cables go it doesn’t get much better than this.
The included soft case is awesome too, very simple and attractive.
The sound is matured and quite great, for some styles it really excels more than others. For example, i have had to take these out sometimes when the song i’m listening to has a guitar solo. Metallic or shrill frequencies around 4k can really jump out in styles of music where treble details are sustained for a period of time. It’s not like the tuning is necessarily off, but they are so dynamic within that frequency range that it can really take you by surprise. Those are the only moments these sound unpleasant to my ears. Almost all of the time they present music with a robust sense of clarity. They sound full and transparent in the lows and midrange might be my favorite. It never offends me and always sounds true to the source.
Having a metal shell that is so comfortable adds to the mystery of why these are even cheap at all. Even among the vast and growing variety of options at this low price point, the Chu II offers something great for reasons that extend beyond the sound quality. Definitely worth grabbing.
I love the quality and clarity of these earphones. And it's comfortable for my ear in comparison to other IEMs. The best quality for the price. I changed a wire though!
Shipping perfectly fast, it took around two weeks to get it to Poland.
First let me say that it came from Linsoul to Croatia/Zagreb in less than a week and that is incredible!!!
And I'm listening to these whole day and they surprise me with clarity and wide stage, decent bass and mid bass, really good sounding in whole range, but, for my taste has a little to much treble, but, since I usually use EQ its not an issue at all..
I dont like talking about packaging or what you get with them, cos I never buy anything with that in mind, its like buying bread and admiring the bag it came in to, who cares, I only care for the product and is it good for me, am I satisfied with it, do I like it as it is? Simple and honest answer: YES!
I like that they are metal, I like the cable, tips fit me, great, high quality product, and it cost me just 19$..
And let me thank again Linsoul for excellent service, I'm already spreading words of how good you are..
1 week after using right ear piece the sound in it was silent while the audio was loud

The imbalance in sound is often caused by a clogged filter. Please check if the filter is clogged. If so, carefully use a small needle to remove the filter and clean it thoroughly to see if the issue can be resolved.

Lovely sound at a more than reasonable price. Almost worth buying just for the cable to use on other IEM's
You can really hear the instrument separation very well!
They are high quality and sound nice, i love the metal build, they seem like they will last for many years, but one thing concerns me, the brass tips react with the ear oils and build a vibrant cyan green corrosion gunk layer, you gotta clean the green rust off every once in a while and the gold coating gets rubbed off and the tips are left with a pink brass color which corrodes even faster without the coating, but its very nice that they made it possible to unscrew the tips for cleaning and replacing the mesh, would be nice if they included a few spare meshes for when those ones get too gunked up or lost, also the tube that goes around the cable that makes the ear shape has split and opened and does not hold its shape anymore, but the cable is working perfectly and seems quite robust

The Chu II arrived in a self-selected starter pack of IEMs, all four under 50$ each. The Chu II's are my second favourite. Physically, they feel small and light and are VERY comfortable. I use them when riding on my trainer for motivational music and videos. I like them more than the Zero 2 and ZSN Pro. They're just a tad behind the Cadenza's which have become my daily driver.
I appreciate a fast IEM that's "V" shaped in tuning and the Chu II does both. Unnecessarily, I've changed the cable for 4.4mm balanced.

definitely a must buy if you don’t have a $100+ pair. vocals sound a bit fake but thats the only downside i personally can hear. bass is incredible, mids are fine, and the treble doesnt bother me me at all! upper treble is tuned pretty well (relatively compared to other iems in this price bracket). This is one of those iems that just keep getting better with use and EQ. the metal tip corrodes a little, but other than that its built well. I’d be surprised if someone told me KZ made something that sounds better or as good as the chu ii

They are tinier than I expected. But with the large ear tips, they fit and seal perfectly and comfortably. Unboxing is fun as well. The sound feels tight yet spacious. These are great IEMs, ESPECIALLY for the price. Can't recommend them enough.

Very good sound quality and build quality for the price
Excellent build and fit is just right for me. I have smaller ear holes and I need a snug fit for that seal and the chu 2's made it easy to achieve.
In terms of the tuning: The midrange sounds like it is there but, a tad recessed. Low end is really where these things shine. They have a solid subbass and midbass tilt for hiphop tracks, I found Lupe Fiasco's samurai album great with these. Definitely great for lo-fi as well. The treble is a bit relaxed and non-fatiguing, again keeping it chill for most of it's response. Making this a bit of balanced but relaxed tuning.
I bought this as a gift to my son and he loves it. They are still working so they are well built. The sound is good but a bit dark, it misses some spark in the higher frequency range and the sound is very closed, I wish it were more open sound.
Its super good for 20 Bucks but it is still only 20 Bucks if you Got the money to spend just buy a better iem but if you dont its pretty good

It has a 0.78mm-2pin connector, and we sincerely recommend that you purchase a replacement cable with microphone according to this specification.

How much does shipping cost?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping is 15-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 270USD, Express Shipping is free*.
*This applies for most countries. However, large items such as headphones and desktop DAC/AMPs (e.g. HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, and etc.) are excluded.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for thetwo-way freightcharges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.

How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.
Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.
On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?
First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
- Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
- Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
- Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
- Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
- Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
- Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient
Who will pay for the import tax/custom fees
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the two-way shipping fees incurred.

- Provide your order number and state the issue clearly
- Attach photos and videos to show that your product is faulty/missing. Shipping details on the parcel packaging have to be clearly visible.
If the photos/videos provided are insufficient to prove the stated issue, we will enquire more. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, partial refund or a full refund (where applicable). Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email. For more than 1 orders placed under the same account and shipping address, Linsoul will automatically combine the orders and ship them out via one tracking number. Should you have special requests to have the orders shipped separately, please kindly contact us via Discord or our website's chat. We will do our best to help.
How do I cancel my order?

Where should I send the product for the return process?
To initiate the return shipment, kindly send an email to support@Linsoul.com within 30 days upon receiving the sealed product(s). The RMA form and details will be provided to you via email.
When must the product be returned after receiving the RMA form and details?
After receiving the return instructions from us via email, kindly arrange the return shipment of the parcel within 5 working days, and update us with the tracking link via email again. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the return process.
When will I receive my refund after returning the product?
In most cases, after receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds may incur a currency exchange loss or transaction fee, depending on your source of payment (e.g. Bank or PayPal). Linsoul will not be responsible for such fees.
What warranty applies?
Most products come with a 1-year warranty; cables and accessories have shorter or separate terms.
