The 7HZ x Crinacle Zero: 2 is an improved 10mm dynamic driver IEM with enhanced bass and midrange. More Bass, Keeping Tonal Excellence
The original Zero had one of the best-in-class tonal balance for a budget single dynamic driver IEM. However, this tonal balance also meant taming the bass, which may have been lacking for audiences wanting a more exciting sound. The Zero:2 maintains the perfect sound signature whilst adding on 3dB more in the low frequencies, which provides an engaging and powerful bass presence to bring your music to life. Bass impact and extension are markedly improved, providing more texture and tactile hits to the lows. Additionally, the midrange has a slightly improved body and warmth compared to the original Zero. The slight warmth in the low-mids provides a fuller sound to instrument and vocal fundamental frequencies, yet still keeping the melodies clean and free from bass bleed.

New 10mm Dynamic Driver
The improvements in the tonal characteristics of the Zero:2 were made possible thanks to a newly developed 10mm dual cavity dynamic driver. With an upgraded PU+Metal composite diaphragm, the driver is significantly more responsive, allowing faster diaphragm movement. This allows for harder hitting bass, while maintaining crispness and precision with each note. With a frequency range of 10Hz to 20kHz, the improvements in the new driver is immediately noticeable.
Improved Custom Cable
The Zero II has been upgraded with a new high-purity oxygen-free copper cable with silver plating. Arranged in a coaxial structure, each wire is woven with 140.06 and 250.06 winding to strengthen the cable, as well as bringing about better audio transmission. The cable is removable to customize your listening experience as well as enhance the longevity of your IEM.

Good comfort specialy for the price!
It has great if not top tier qualities in sound up to highest two octaves. In highs it is a bit too forgiving and mushy - but still decent. It does not have glaring flaws in sound.
Comfort is great - first IEM I've had that needed no fussing around to get good fit.
These do not work so well from weaker sources - like some laptops and phones.
I got the DEW4X for these and the combo is excellent.
These are better IEMs than any IEMs sold for 200 $ five years ago.
Value for money is ridiculous.
I am quite surprised about the quality of the iems, its really on point, as i like bass they are quite quiet on the bass line still, but big improvements from the Zero's , really think its the best bang for the buck at the moment.
I use it every day listening to tidal and YouTube. Love it.

I have tested all good IEMs from the 20-30 usd price range, and Zero2 takes the cake! Just overall great balanced sound, good bass, good vocals. If you're looking to get into IEMs, or you're just in need of a great affordable daily set, this is it!
I have tried many iems under 50$, and this is one of, if not the best I have heard. I have a Youtube review below with a comparison with the Simgot EW200.
my favorite is the orange but this white one doesn't look bad at all, the cable also notice an improvement they are quite comfortable and light, no complaints in that aspect, inside we have a dynamic driver and they are really very easy to move. remembering the previous salnotes zero we have much of what we liked from the previous version which is good because we have a warm, detailed sound but now with slightly more bass.

The Zero 2 has a nice balance of smooth and warm tone it's a well done Harman and midrange is mellow and rich, treble is controlled and natural, the design of the IEM is interesting and it should be comfortable for most people, it's a super pleasant sounding IEM.
Impressions:
I just got these a couple of days ago. I like the looks on these iems. Blue is a lovely colour. The iems are very lightweight. I tried these with Azla SednaFit Light eartips.
Sound is more of a warm V-signature.
There is a mid-bass focus, which makes the overall bass mellow and warm, though there is not enough punch in it. The subbass has a presence when called for. Sometimes there is a bit of bass intruding into the mid-frequency range. On some songs with less bass emphasis, the mids sound a lot better, so few genre suit better, such as jazz, acoustics, etc.
The mids have a touch of warmth, are not as forward but not too far behind either, so kind of you get enough of them. The vocals are not thin and have a good body. There is no upper mids shoutiness, so that's a good thing I find in these iems.
The treble is fair enough. There is some okay detail, though it lacks energy, making it sound laid-back. A bit of more energy and better detailing could really help
Technically, they are just okay. The soundstage and imaging are just average; not that I was expecting anything great. If there were more clarity, it would have sounded a lot better. It fails to deliver good sound with busy tracks, so few genres—metal and rock, etc.—aren't its strong areas.
I think for the price of it, there is nothing to complain about. This is the cheapest IEM I have tried since I got into this hobby. Surprisingly, I did not find them bad; they have been in use since I got them. So, as per me, the sound is not bad. One can put them in use for long hours without any fatigue. I do not have the OG Zero to try, but going by other reviews, I see that these are almost comparable except for the bass department. The OG Zero sounded a bit flat. However, I am not sure of all the changes in these new iems.
Overall, a thumbs up from me for it's tonality and pleasing sound at such a low cost.
Truth be told, I am not one of those Professional Audiophiles you'll see around. I'm even less than the average consumer when it comes to consuming music related products. I do however have a fair share of multiple wired and wireless earbuds/earphones/headphones used for more than a decade. This was the every first time I would try an IEMs, and what a great experience it is to be using this.
I would say this maybe an entry level type as I can see there are far more expensive and well rated/reviewed products in the market. The good news is, as a first time experiencing (IEMs), this was a great purchase for me and I'm very well glad to refer friends to such product.
Audio was good but microphone wasn’t working at all and cord had the wiring exposed I’m not sure how I don’t really know blame the company the product was overall good besides the two complaints

The performance is awsome for the price I paid! The bass is perfect and the durability is supreme. I have dropped it several times and have not found even a scratch on them. I love the design too. I will reccomend this product to everyone i know! Thank you for your product!

Excellent but I keep breaking them I’ve bought z5 pairs and I need a new one again.
Sometimes while listening to music or just using it, it gets really crackley and staticky like it's glitching out, but after maybe 3-4 seconds. But I'm not sure if my dingle DAC is doing that. Otherwise I've never heard audio this clean before!

We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".
*Note: Generally, we can only do Selected Shipping to India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping is 15-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 270USD, Express Shipping is free*.
*This applies for most countries. However, large items such as headphones and desktop DAC/AMPs (e.g. HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, and etc.) are excluded.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for thetwo-way freightcharges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Some parcels claimed to be “returned to the seller” may be destroyed by the post office or customs officers when buyers refuse to accept their parcels or fail to pay for their taxes.No refundwill be processed for such cases.Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.
Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.
On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?
First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
- Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
- Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
- Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
- Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
- Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
- Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient
Who will pay for the import tax/custom fees
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the two-way shipping fees incurred.

In general, upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents of the package and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing for it. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging when opening their parcels and products.
For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@Linsoul.com for after-sale services. The following details are required.
- Send an email to support@Linsoul.com with an appropriate Subject Title
- Provide your order number and state the issue clearly
- Attach photos and videos to show that your product is faulty/missing. Shipping details on the parcel packaging have to be clearly visible.
If the photos/videos provided are insufficient to prove the stated issue, we will enquire more. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, partial refund or a full refund (where applicable). For incorrect products, Linsoul reserves all rights in deciding whether you need to return the incorrect item or not. Please kindly contact us via email first. Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
For more than 1 orders placed under the same account and shipping address, Linsoul will automatically combine the orders and ship them out via one tracking number. Should you have special requests to have the orders shipped separately, please kindly contact us via Discord or our website's chat. We will do our best to help.
How do I cancel my order?

Where should I send the product for the return process?
To initiate the return shipment, kindly send an email to support@Linsoul.com within 30 days upon receiving the sealed product(s). The RMA form and details will be provided to you via email.
When must the product be returned after receiving the RMA form and details?
After receiving the return instructions from us via email, kindly arrange the return shipment of the parcel within 5 working days, and update us with the tracking link via email again. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the return process.
When will I receive my refund after returning the product?
In most cases, after receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds may incur a currency exchange loss or transaction fee, depending on your source of payment (e.g. Bank or PayPal). Linsoul will not be responsible for such fees.
What warranty applies?
Most products come with a 1-year warranty; cables and accessories have shorter or separate terms.
