Building on the success of the original Wan’er S.G, TANGZU has introduced a second generation that refines and elevates its predecessor’s performance. With an upgraded driver chamber and PET diaphragm dynamic driver, the new Wan’er S.G maintains the pleasing musicality of the original while offering enhanced clarity and improved top-end detail.

After multiple rounds of tuning and adjustments, the second generation Wan’er S.G achieves a balanced yet more detailed sound signature. It preserves the smooth and full-bodied tonality of the original while improving overall resolution, offering a spacious and immersive musical experience. The upgraded driver chamber and PET diaphragm help keep distortion rates low and enhance top-end extension, ensuring you hear every nuance in your music.
Enhanced Ergonomics and Comfort
Fit and comfort are crucial for any in-ear monitor. The 2nd Gen Wan’er S.G features an updated shell shape based on extensive research of ear anatomy. This design ensures a more secure, comfortable fit for the majority of users, allowing for longer listening sessions without fatigue. Along with the patented SANCAl eartips, the result is a snug, ergonomic fit that also provides effective noise isolation.
Upgraded Cable and Connector
Included with the 2nd Gen Wan’er S.G is a durable 1.2m 5N OFC braided cable that ensures minimal signal loss and reliable performance. Unlike the raised 2Pin connector of the first generation, the new model adopts a 0.78mm 2Pin flat connector, offering a more streamlined look and an even sturdier connection. The detachable design also gives you the freedom to swap cables to suit your preferences.

The sound of my best songs came out raw and ear pearcing with no bass at all. These earphones can't be used without an Equalizer. The included cable is of bad quality.
Forest pair of IEM and i don't think I'll ever go back to normal earphones. My husband made fun of me for going back to a cord but after listening to some of his songs with it... he had me buy him his own pair lol.
I wasnt expecting to have this big of a sound difference!
I was trying to track the package through Shop and the tracking wasn't accurate so i was shocked to see that it had arrived. Had to manually mark deliver.
I previously had the 7hz crinacle zero 2, and I love how they sound; but these are more comfortable for my ear shape, and everything sounds a lot clearer than the zero 2's. They both have their use cases for different things, and I find myself swapping between both, but the clarity on these are insane. It took some getting used to after hearing a more bassy iem, these sounded quite sharper, they excel at different things. Being new to iems, and being a faux 'audiophile' I see why people have several pairs. The price is great too, I'm not too picky and I can't imagine sound quality gets much better since I just these into my pc's audio jack. I don't see myself paying for any iem more than $100(CAD) unless it's for a specific purpose like video editing, ignorance is bliss, and so are these.
Really good IEMs for the price, took about a week to ship from china to the US. The audio is on par or even better than my $300 sony wf-1000xm5, Definitely worth it.
These were my first time using iems and honestly this price range was something that thought to myself: I can give away the iems if I dont like them. So I bought them, and actually loving them. Im officially intrested in iems and look forward into buying my next ones when these break, now the real test is: will they break?
At this price, this is probably one of the best IEMs you can get. The stock cable is pretty bad, but the tangzu eartips that come with it are amazing!
I cannot recommend these enough
As a first time iem purchase. The sound really good. They sound really detailed compared to my airpods 4. The bass isn't too muddy where is leaks into other parts of the music. I wished the bass hit a bit harder though. I also wish that the iems had more wider stage.
Quick delivery by Linsoul. Awesome sounding, very comfortable, good looking and comes with treats like excellent ear tips, good cable and gorgeous packaging.

Huge sound quality difference with the Bluetooth earbuds I had. I don't think I am ever switching back! I could easily find a compatible jack cable on the web and use the headphones with my old mp3 (/ switch back to usb-c when I want to use my phone), and I didn't think it could still sound this good tbh. Great investment!
I had ordered it through Linsoul , on September 7th, it was never delivered to me. The local service provider marked it as delivered and never responded. It took me more than 1.5 months to find a solution. The product was never delivered.

Quick an easy
Very good with a small price tag, no complaints here. Loved everything about it and it works great as first IEM’s
Less bass, more floaty. Overall better audio quality with better soundstage and separation. Minor construction improvements. Left earphone sticks out just like in the previous one, this may lead to issues in connectivity and hinders everyday usage (same as in the previous one). Don't expect those to last more than a year with moderate and heavy usage. I'd say they are worth the price of around 20 Euro.

Solid all-rounder set for $20. Great tips and decent cable
Like all other $20 IEMs, this is is a no exception great budget but.
I love them, the sound the design however they don't fit my ears therefore I can't wear them for long amount of time :(
It looked like whomever packaged my iems did so after eating some fried chicken, as they were a greasy mess. After I got them all cleaned up they looked fine and sound great. Great entry level IEM to add to the collection.
When I first opened the box I thought that they had somehow forgotten to put the iems inside, but in reality they had fallen through the foam cutouts into the box. So if u are unable to find them make sure to check there.
This is my first IEM and I'm thoroughly impressed. My only issue would have to be the included cable as it's fairly short and the ear hooks are too strong for my ear shape and leads to slipping out, will definitely be switching the cable soon. Other than that the included ear tips are great and the overall build seems solid for the price. You get what you pay for and then some!
Why doesn't mine have a microphone? I bought one with a microphone.

Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify this with our team to check whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
We cannot ship to addresses that are "PO boxes or APO/FPO".
*Note: Generally, we can only do Selected Shipping to India and Russia. We can only do Express Shipping to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few.

How much does shipping cost?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries, while Express Shipping is 15-35USD depending on your country. If your order is over 270USD, Express Shipping is free*.
*This applies for most countries. However, large items such as headphones and desktop DAC/AMPs (e.g. HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, and etc.) are excluded.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for thetwo-way freightcharges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Some parcels claimed to be “returned to the seller” may be destroyed by the post office or customs officers when buyers refuse to accept their parcels or fail to pay for their taxes.No refundwill be processed for such cases.Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.
Customized items will take a longer time. Please contact our staff for more information.
On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?
First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
- Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
- Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
- Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
- Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
- Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
- Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient
Who will pay for the import tax/custom fees
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the two-way shipping fees incurred.

How do I get help for my order?

In general, upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents of the package and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing for it. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging when opening their parcels and products.
For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@Linsoul.com for after-sale services. The following details are required.
- Send an email to support@Linsoul.com with an appropriate Subject Title
- Provide your order number and state the issue clearly
- Attach photos and videos to show that your product is faulty/missing. Shipping details on the parcel packaging have to be clearly visible.
If the photos/videos provided are insufficient to prove the stated issue, we will enquire more. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, partial refund or a full refund (where applicable). For incorrect products, Linsoul reserves all rights in deciding whether you need to return the incorrect item or not. Please kindly contact us via email first. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.

Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
For more than 1 orders placed under the same account and shipping address, Linsoul will automatically combine the orders and ship them out via one tracking number. Should you have special requests to have the orders shipped separately, please kindly contact us via Discord or our website's chat. We will do our best to help.
How do I cancel my order?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery while the product is factory-sealed. Contact support for instructions before returning anything.
Where should I send the product for the return process?
To initiate the return shipment, kindly send an email to support@Linsoul.com within 30 days upon receiving the sealed product(s). The RMA form and details will be provided to you via email.
When must the product be returned after receiving the RMA form and details?
After receiving the return instructions from us via email, kindly arrange the return shipment of the parcel within 5 working days, and update us with the tracking link via email again. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the return process.
When will I receive my refund after returning the product?
In most cases, after receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds may incur a currency exchange loss or transaction fee, depending on your source of payment (e.g. Bank or PayPal). Linsoul will not be responsible for such fees.
What warranty applies?
Most products come with a 1-year warranty; cables and accessories have shorter or separate terms.
