Absolutely thrilled with my 7HZ Legato in-ear monitors! The powerful bass and immersive soundstage create a truly captivating listening experience. Good.. while it lasts

I ordered two units of the TC35i to use concurrently for convenience so I don't have to keep swapping the adapter around. After five months of ordinary usage, the adhesive holding the plate to the shell gave way and the unit just fell apart while plugging it in. The internals get pushed out doing so, damaging the connection port and the ribbon cable.

I contacted customer service and they just told me to glue it together, that's it. Poor product quality and terrible customer service that seemed to want nothing to do with me once the product delivered.

Now I'm left with two broken adapters and a disappointing impression of this company.

Competitive Price Point

Natural tuning with forward mids and great bass. It sounds more detailed and better than many more expensive iems out there. People who claim that all-BA iems cannot produce good bass should get this set. They may change their thinking. Last thing to add, the faceplate design is much more beautiful in reality.

Update

It seem I am the only one who purchased this pair of IEMS, let me tell you something after 100 hours burn and the perfect tips (foam for me).

The sound is sublime, the right amount of bass and kick in the drums, voices forward, maybe to energetic in the upper mids but if you're using a warm signature DAC, you'll be fine and the highs fantastic, the percussions very rich and detailed.

The soundstage is kinda narrow but you can pinpoint the instruments.

Note: I use the Luxury and Precision W2 DAC (with some tweaks to fit my needs) and the 4.4 mm output with upgraded cable.

Cable seems okay quality, its very nice and flexible but the twised wire is extremely uncomfortable on your ears, i dont reccomend this

The Tripowin Grace adopts special braiding technique. It looks sophisticated but also elegant and neat in look. It feels soft and easily be stored without any tangling. The earhook is also pre-shaped into a best angle to fit your ear securely. You can wear it no matter you’re enjoying music quietly or doing sports.

But we're sorry this might not be for everyone's ears.
